A Cook

Cook _
Biscuits baked
Eggs boil, grits bubble
Sunrise casting magenta
Charcoal clouds that float in from Gulf of Mexico
Desire to write the sunrise down; trapped by duty, obligation, or is it pure love.

In honor of Brian Strand:
Show me/ don't tell

Sara, I had to take a look at this one because I just submitted a fibonacci of my own. At the end, there can be some pretty long lines! Yours are well written. Good entry.

You sure come up with some interesting poems in different forms, Sara. So what inspired this one? Is it for the food contest? I really like how you added in feelings on writing at the end of it!
