The Human Race called Mankind

The third millennium of what?
Man is lame
clearly lost the will to walk,
he’s blind
no longer able to reason.
His fingers cast hope
upon the keyboard,
his mind creates
trends upon the screen,
he inflicts pain, a global sadomasochist
he sees others in his historical
image!
He plants his seed
most upon stony ground,
he offers peace
a twisted excuse
to deliver his belief,
he’s losing God!
He thinks he’s superior,
he’s lost the ability of simplicity,
whilst delving in ideology
akin to profit.

ever hear of the fall of the roman empire. the echos of that event are happening in washington right now. it would be a mirror image in the spiritual world. and the lame polititions paid not to change won't. revolition is our only answer. lets form an underground. john

ahh yes but how do you really feel [duck] of course I agree it all went wrong when the writings were translated to say man has dominion over all things!!! man is no more or less important than anything else on earth and no more dear to God or useful [perhaps less useful!] that and the concept of original sin has pretty much done in the "civilized world" Light & Love Old guy ;)

Hi, Harry. I guess you must know - I'm 82 years old and I absolutely do not understand how a civilization can turn values upside down as we have done. The hip generation will call us old codgers just that, old codgers. I just have to stop thinking about it or go crazy. Not much makes any sense to me these days. Good write. Love, daver
