Mans best friend
The little dog was anxious
his tail was going mad,
he had to search the house
get his feelings back to glad.
He sniffed below the sofa
and then behind the chair
his radar set to search
each nook and everywhere.
Up those stairs he went
like a rocket full of zoom,
he had to find it quick
have a look in every room.
For dogs they are not silly
and smarter than you think,
some would almost say
they are a missing link.
They are loyal and obedient
yes faithful to the end,
will never let you down
a loving caring friend.
Why was this dog so anxious?
I suppose i"d better tell
say what was going on
and make this story gel.
He overheard his owner
who sat with Gin and lime,
"I"d take the dog out more
if i only had more time."
So the dog he searched for time,
if only he could talk,
he"d tell his loving owner
if he found some..
"I"ll take you out for a walk!"
