His memories still lasts, I bed in fright

Slowly in silence, they creep at night.
Drowned in the pain and tears for years,
His memories still lasts, I bed in fright.

Once when I felt his feigning light,
The darkness devours - light disappears,
Slowly in silence, they creep at night.

Visions of love were black and white,
Until he came, pure grey - it’s clear.
His memories still lasts, I bed in fright.

And when the moon is bright in sight,
Shadows awoken, whispers I hear.
Slowly in silence, they creep at night.

Concrete lullabies since then I’d write,
All I do beg – a rest, no tear
His memories still lasts, I bed in fright.

When eyelids close, my heart uptight
That broken glass, I still do fear
Slowly in silence, they creep at night
His memories still lasts, I bed in fright.

This is a good poem....but what creates the fear that overtakes you?
