I Carry With Me

I carry with me,
My tragic remorse,
And trudge it along,
On this narrow course.

I put in my arms,
My mother's courage,
Her life, it runs through,
And enpowers me.

I drag behind me,
The loss of fine days,
Every day spent mad,
I regret in ways.

I put on my sleave,
The love of my life,
To carry it around
I will be his wife.

I put in the front,
No matter what it seems,
To push them forward,
My goals and my dreams.
