Through the depth of your despair

Through the depth of your despair, let me be the one who heals your wounded heart.
To prove that I mean you no harm, I place my heart beneath your feet but tread softly,
for mine is just as fragile.

This is just lovely. I enjoyed reading this poem this morning. You have conveyed so much emotion in just a few words. I like the part "tread softly, for mine is just as fragile." This has to go on my fav list! Best wishes Em :)
