To Whomever Needs a Valentine I

Your words inspire me with their true beauty

Echoing the desire inherent in your

Wondrous body sensuous in duty

To passion, despite dearth of suitors poor.

And, Oh to taste of your very sweet charms

A world I give, in obvious lust,

To Sweep you off your feet in my strong arms

Regardless of ethics, or dire breach of trust.

To hear you singing a sweet song of joy

Is fuel for wild passionate loving dreams

And know clearly of my joy, my plot, my ploy,

in dreams of ecstasy I hear your screams.

Know even though you’ll never be mine,

It is  my joy to call you, valentine.

Beautifully written, dear. Thanks so much for reminding us that love still lives in our hearts even if we don't have Valentines. Love and blessings, Carolyn
