About This Poem

Dilemma

(This haiku isn't in the ancient hokku form).

Indecisive mind
divided feelings
state of no response

.........................................
Coming and going
spell out your real heart
the miss confusion

.........................................
Wandering brain
from house to house
where is thy root?

........................................
Like end of the road
walking away legs
heart still in love.

They may not be the "ancient form " but they are wonderful, many amazing lines to ponder, now in answer to your questions, I am fine, I lost my pet cat of 13 years in January and it shattered my heart, but I am doing well now, working way too much in my opinion, enjoying writing and reading poetry and how are you doing?

Enjoyed reading each of these...I especially like next to the last one about the wandering brain..Your presence at my work this afternoon was like a ray of sunlight on a cloudy cold rainy winter's day...Sara

soft smile...your left brain is refusing to let your right brain have a "chance!!!" BIG hugs, thanks so much for reading my long poem [I have many long ones which you'd like which go mostly unread, try The Master's House or When Madness Rides on Moonlight] Light & Love

Hope you have entered this one in Charles Henderson's "String Haiku" contest, son. When someone leaves us in this state, we have no choice but to walk away, but the love in our hearts often lingers on. Nicely expressed! Love, "mum"

Akin to the old cliche, "A rolling stone gathers no moss", Charles. Great Haiku in that it should help us think. Always, Annalise
