In Hope

As morning dew scintillates in sunlight
I seek a bright freshness ascendent in truth
beyond twisted coital sheets of dark night
in dreams recaptured from innocent youth.

As fine red wine needs airing for flavor
a shared breath in a soft passionate kiss
is a goal in and of itself to truly savor
in concert with respect, in quiet bliss.

As symphonies live in harmony's sound
I live to hear intelligent romance
in conversation's joy, where topics abound
and words flow musical in joyous dance.

I will live in hope and die in despair
for truth will sing and my heart will repair

This is one of the most beautiful things I have ever read....I especially love the line "in concert with respect, in quiet bliss." So deep and insightful. Hoping the last line is other word I can think of but just beautiful....

My last read for the night and it's a very lovely Sonnet, expressed from the heart. I believe one day there will be universal love, day. It may not be in our time but it will be. Have a good night. Always, Annalise
