Dont Be Frail
I know you feel weak my friend
But I’m here to tell you one and all
That although it seems hard…
And at times you feel small…
That you shouldn’t feel so sad
No need to be discouraged
Sometimes it’s hard to find the faith
Difficult to find the courage…
To stand tall… stand proud…
Through the hard and frail times
No need to make it more difficult
Just know that everything will be fine
No need to give up, give in
To the inner suicidal thinking
Change that low mentality
Got to believe there a reason for living
Don’t sink into a loathsome abyss of self hate
There’s no need to cry, wipe away those tears
Don’t think about the past, as horrid as they are
Relinquish that inner most terrifying fear
There is no time to mourn past tragedies
They forever will remain in your heart
Know that it was only cruel casualties
And that shouldn’t tare you apart
Although at times you feel regret
Feel empty, and frail
You have to understand that it’s not your fault
You never failed!
Know that life has its ups
And for fair purposes has its downs
That shouldn’t mean you should give up
Learn to turn the tables around!
