mountain top
the sky was effervescent blue walking
towards the top of the mountain
along the way a waterfall breaks the
silence as the sound of the water
rushes steadily down the mountain
in a beautiful stream that glistens
underneath the sun with lovely
wildflowers strewn along the
pathway that lead you to your
destination with fragrances
which overcome you with a
sense of pure happiness
ahead through the trees you
see the top of the mountain
it was a long climb, but there
is nothing to think about and
nothing to do except enjoy
the brilliance and beauty
of a mountain top experience
