Eternally Home
As I stood at the heavenly gates..
You take my hand, as home awaits.
Tears of ardency, fall from my eyes..
In heaven, is where I long to abide.
"Welcome home, my precious child."
He gently whispers with a radiant smile.
I drop to my knees and bow my head..
Grasping and holding onto every word he said.
You lifted me up and wiped away my tear.
"You are home now, my child, no need to fear."
I looked up at Christ, and knew I was forgiven..
"I am the Alpha and the Omega the beginning and the end."
