Message from a Broken God

I was a god once. Now I am nothing more than a beast, one that wants only to rip through the belly of the Earth, destroying everyone. You ask what makes a god into a beast? Man. Where have all the humans gone? All that roams the Earth now are demons... man. They have killed all the humans, and destroyed all the gods. What few remain have turned into beasts. Man is on a path, one which will soon fork. The fork is still too far away to be seen by man. It can be seen by a god, even if that god is broken. When man arrives it will have to make a decision. One path leads to self-destruction, the other to humanity. This is why I do not engulf the Earth - I know man will follow the path of self-destruction.

Uh, hello, notice the form, PROSE poetry. That's what prose is. Prose is not poetry, I know, but they have the form here and some people consider this to be a form of poetry. I also do not see in any way whatsoever of how I am "contradicting" myself. You're just mad because you don't get it.

It would be somewhat fesible if it were actually a poem. It needs structure and I would suggest giving it at least a blank verse. To me, it sounds like you are raving. And you contradict yourself
