A New World
We only live once, most people believe.
But that is not what God has conceived.
He promises to bring us back to life
In a brand new world devoid of strife.
Please listen now to what the apostles have taught
Because it is important, the battle they fought.
With the Pharisees against them, they had to have strength.
To preach the resurrection they went to great lengths.
In God’s new world our loved ones come back
As Jesus zealously preached this as fact.
Just look in the verse of John 5:28.
This truth about re-living, He does relate.
It is not just a fable ---that we’ll surely see
Our great earth the way it was destined to be.
The paradise restored and all will be fine.
The way God purposed at the beginning of time.
