Heavy clumps of white fall
from the grey sky
landing on wooden limbs,
weighing them down
like dark skeletons
bent under the burden
of generations of sorrow

nice thought with this work!!!!!! an interesting take on the stress that nature puts on itself or that we as people could also be struggling under generations of sorrow!

Never thought of it that way, but it's a very original perspective of snow on the tree boughs. Nice work, Krista! Love, carolyn

Nicely descriptive write. I can just see the scene. Keep the magical pen flowing. Sara
