Vivid roots

A seed is buried into the ground
it will need and receive water
                                          sun rays
                                                      and a lot of care

the time goes by
and the clock is ticking

the seed is blooming
growing into a beautiful flower

the roots grow deeper
into the earth layers

kiss good bye to sunshine state
hurricane season is on

Hurricane winds are blowing
be careful!! here it come a blast
                                              so fast
                                                        with anger
                                                                       and madness

the flower's petals are gone
the petals were taken aggressively
                                                   by fury

is all gone!!
yet the roots are still alive
                                      breathing
                                                    vivid

PERHAPS WE ALL SHOULD BE LIKE
A FLOWER
IN TIME OF TROUBLE
WE SHALL FACE THE ENEMY PEACEFULLY
AND WE MIGHT DIE
BUT OUR ROOTS(TRUTH)WILL STAND STILL
TILL THE END

The true blue, roots of the power of love, itself, will never diminish, even when the form is decayed, it can be resurrected. God bless, Diogenes, Sincerely Moses

a great powerful poem, we are liike flowers in some way, the Lord said we will be like well watered gardens. JOB 8:16 He is like a well-watered plant in the sunshine, spreading its shoots over the garden; Isiaha 58: 11 You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. a powerful write, God bless you from diane
