    So many interpretations can be made on this provocative poem, Yoni. For me, I see someone who finds it painful to initiate physical contact with another, but once they do, the fear and pain are gone and they are rewarded by joy. Very compelling write!     So sad. As a nurse I've worked with people have to find pain in order to find relief of a deeper pain. Such a tragic life. Karen
