Touching the Clouds

Shadows end with no beginning
Darkness envelopes light
Rumbles become a roaring fright
Lightening splits the dreary skies
Mockingbird soars fast in flight
Dripping from gray sailing shrouds
Drenched I smile ...Touching the clouds

Smile~I sincerely love this write here dear lady~for it flows so wonderfully~and it seems to go from dark filled shadows, to hope filled light~implying that the writer, is very strong indeed~and since that is "You," then reading it is a very happy joy to say the very least!!!:):)~"You Are A Very Gifted Writer Jane Bowen!!!":):)~On we go....

A magical poem that makes the reader long to see all of the images you describe and smile while "Touching the Clouds." Every line has such a beautiful image, Jane! Your gift touches me. Love, Carolyn
