This is a lovely scene you painted with your words, I love the way the water falls to the basin. You sure know how to describe beautiful places. DN

Profound timely statement with this one, Steve. Just beautifully done with this wonderful form and the last line is a zinger!! Hope your holidays are warm, wonderful and that '09 is good for you.

There is definitely something about a waterfall, the sound for one, the sight another and standing under one - well too wonderful a thought. Very peaceful, soothing and cleansing. This haiku is awesome - it stays with you. Love, Shar

This is very beautiful, love the impression of a peaceful waterfall rushing down. Haiku's are my favorite poetic art form. God bless and Happy Holidays to you. :) Amy
