    Why did'nt I think of this ??? I was in Holland last week , Brian and saw new areas being reclaimed for portal development . You nailed this , bang-on . An old Irish wag , said many , years ago ; " that if the Dutch had Ireland , they would feed Europe ; But if the Irish had Holland , they would flood Europe !!.. At least we can laugh at ourselves !!...And we're in "High Water " at the moment !!! ...
