Amity

The wind is strong, the sky so
gray
The storm seems not to abate
Your heart embarks on peril
voyage.
O! he falls into the abyss of
disarray

The storm is great, the dust
forms cloud
The dust is like a vibrant
ocean tide
The heart is in the heart of
Saharah desert
O! she can't find an oasis

Having a genuine and candid
pal
Amidst this ferocious weather
Is like drinking a cool water
In the heart of Saharah desert

With them, our hearts are
mended
Like the celestial Angels,
They hold us up when
Our wings are broken

This is an excellent poem. I really like the last paragraph a lot regarding the celestial angel. Great job and welcome to poetry Soup! ~Joseph
