My Goofy Side

MY GOOFY SIDE
I'm just a little bit loofy
Just a tad goofy
I do many things
That will take you for a ride
But don't hide
Your about to see my true side
I talk to me
I walk with me
I say high and hello
Then my stomach is quivery like jello
I talk to people
I know how to bounce
I do what I need to
I don't give an ounce
I live a goofy life
I just love it so
I am real life like
I'm feeling like plado
Normally, I would write more normal
What's normal if you have to be so formal
Gotta be strict and serious all the time
I almost feel like being perfect is a crime
I have to be friendly with everybody
I'd rather do that if I was making money!
Everybody has a goofy side
What I just said is no lie
So your things and who cares
It doesn't matter what other's think
Heck, I joke around saying “I need a shrink”
I really don't, not that I know
It just shows that I keep on the low
People know me and I know them
I show my goofy side now and again
Up and down, bouncing around
I guess I am the number one clown

Stand Tall


 
Sometimes I think of the past and how fast it's passed
It seems like time has ran out of my grasp at last
The hurt and pain that bursts with shame is something I have no control of
If you tried to take me down you can't because what I have left is love
 
Stand Tall, Stand Tall!
I will never bow down , at all
No matter how hard it gets
I will stand tall even if I sweat
 
Time has really come and gone
I will always remember what you did was wrong
I've alway took in the hits and kicks, heck you beat me down
Here's the little twist you missed, I bet you thought I wouldn't come around
 
Stand Tall, Stand Tall!
I will never bow down, at all
No matter how hard it gets
I will stand tall even if I sweat
 
No matter how much pain you made me swim in
I look at today and I am up and livin'
You want to manipulate and make me up a story
I don't want this man to get people doing things for me

Today I take a look, I feel like I am shook
I keep thinking to stay on my feet
So I don't make the same mistakes that won't repeat

Ego

EGO
Everyone has an ego
It just matters how it flows
I have a big ego
I'll tell you about it and let you know
It's a little bit tricky
So just stick with me
I feel like I'm number One
Even though I am not
It is kind of fun
I give myself all of the shots
I think of myself as the king
Not the in between
I am in the number one spot
Parked my butt in that one spot
So many people with such an ego
I like some of you and hate to see you go
You have to be strong minded
To carry out your strength
You cannot be blinded
You have to give yourself rank
There's nothing wrong with being the best
Say what you say to get it off of your chest
Having an ego is what keeps you up
Stay up and push yourself up, up, up
I see myself as the only guy
To be at the top and only why
I feel so much smarter than the average guy
Even though I'm not, I'm just a tad shy
I'm just the same as you and everyone
My job here is never going to be done
I hope you get the message that I've sent
Never use your ego to get revenge

A Fun Summer Day

A FUN SUMMER DAY



Tick tock, click clock
Time moves on fast
I'm feeling goofy in front of you
I'm just having a blast
I was feeling ill
Now I'm back up
I just took a pill
Grab some drinks and laugh it up
Feel like moving fast to pass by the day
No time to wait, cannot anticipate
What I'll do next like having a party
Gotta move fast 
 this party can't start without me
Have a few friends over and have some drinks
Tick tock, click clock,  better swig those drinks
Trying to hurry up before the day is over
Gotta clean up even if I'm not sober
It's my lucky day feeling like a four leaf clover
Got all the luck I need
I don't feel an age older
Well, the sun is going down and the day is done
We all go home alone after a day of fun
Good night to all and let's have a blast
We do the same tomorrow
It's not too much to ask

Reach High

REACH HIGH

It's time! It's time!
Everybody reach high
In the air 
Do it like you don't care
No matter your faults
Look at your wins
No matter if your caught
Take people for a spin

People want to laugh
People want to put down
You'll get the last laugh
People will be the rebound
Just reach high to the light
People will see you just despite
What you've done or will you'll be
Just reach high and do it for me

Have fun, don't run
Don't be afraid
There's no point for that
You'll look like a renegade
Say what you'll say 
Do what you feel
Today's not the day to play
Today's the day to be real

Have faith in yourself
Believe in what you do
Don't sit their and dwell
Learn your skills to be used
You are apart of life 
So embrace that part

and give yourself a head start

Change In Life

CHANGE IN LIFE


Everybody needs a change in life
Everybody needs to think twice
Everyone who's around
Everyone that you see
We are all in bound
To have to change to see clearly
Life won't change unless you change
Things won't go by unless you go by

A change in life could mean possibilities
More open doors and responsibilities
Hoping to ignore what cannot be
Joking towards the lord on a canopy
Life needs changes and I think it's respect
Respect will change life and no one will object
Changes in life is such a natural way
Instead of walking away
Your going to want to stay

Changes happen round and round
Make sure that in life
Your not the rebound
Step up to the plate and take on respect
So no one will see you as the one to disrespect
Do what you have to do to make your way through
Do what it takes to always remain true
Make sure it happens day in and out
Without a doubt and all the way through

Changes in life is about understanding things
Changes in life is growing out of things
Changes in life is an obsessive thing for me
I can't see going without changing
It is important to me
Grow mature and a little bit older
But as I get older I feel a little colder
I want to be old and happy

Manipulate

MANIPULATION
People try to manipulate
I don't think people should anticipate
The good coming out of being used
By people on the streets who like to abuse
I hate being used, abused, and I blow a fuse
I choose to not manipulate
I'll do my own thing
I'll just flip your plate
I'll give you a sting
People try to rip off elderly people
It's so wrong, your wondering who?
I've seen it happen and done before
I just kept to myself, don't want to see any more
Life is different
Don't know what you'll run into
I'm sure you'll make it through and through
Wake up the next day
facing the same thing
I want to fly away
Just using my own wings
I run into stuff where people try to get money
It isn't funny, you won't out do me
People can't take no for a simple answer
It's annoying how their dumb as a hamster
Manipulation is not the way to go
To get what you want, take your own road
Just be bold and do what you have to
Don't be cold thinking you'll slack too
Get what you get but be straight up
No need to sweat if your not hated enough

Instincts

INSTINCTS
Everybody has instincts
Instincts are like our precincts
We have a large dome around us
Shouldn't have to deal with everybody's fuss
We do what everyone else will do
Or we do our own thing saying “screw you”
We have our own lives to lead
We have the power to plant our seeds
Danger is different for everyone
Danger carries the same name with a gun
Danger is out their and so is the light
Positivity is fair despite the dark side
We all worry about things
We all see how life swings
Everyone is different with everything
Our instincts say to move on happy
Be positive and keep it coming at me
What is danger is too strong to carry
What worrying makes me want to worry
What if I go nuts because I'm so lost
What if I decide to be my own boss
Good vs. Evil exist everywhere
All in between though is all is fair
It's unique how everyone perceives everyone
Everyone could be different with so much fun
What can I say and what can I do
Just speak about our instincts to you
We feel fear and it's fear that is different
What is fear or is it significant or an indictment
Fear and good are too separate things
Found in everyone, which is a blessing
We do what we can to stay on the right track
Some people back fire
That's how people get attacked.

Invisible

INVISIBLE

I wish I was invisible
Oh, that would be so incredible
If I wasn't seen
I could be so mean
People get on my nerves
I'd give them what they deserve
Smack! Whack! Flip them on over
crack with a bat! I can be colder

Anger grows stronger
But you can't see me
I could go wrong
and you would still believe me
Oh the temptation of how I feel
Getting in their face
It could get real

If you could see me
I couldn't get away
Just believe me
It's why I stay away
If I was gone and disappeared
I would steer you in such fear
I would forever be gone little one's
You cannot come along
This is so much fun

If I was invisible
I could do all I want
Hang out and relax
I couldn't be stopped
The clock is ticking
and I keep going
Doing everything I want
Without you knowing

If I was invisible
I couldn't talk to anyone
I would blow a whistle
So I could stop all this fun
I'd rather see you as you see me
We can all get along, trust me, believe me
