The Voice

He is the voice inside your heart
the one that makes you care
the voice that cries at injustices
when life becomes unfair

He is compassion deep within
that stirs and makes you feel
the hurt and pain and helplessness
of the suffering and grieved

He is your comfort in sadness felt
when you try to understand
the senseless emphasis on things
of insignificance to man

He is the love no one can cloak
the tears of joy you shed
the water that connects the souls
of both the living and the dead

He is the force that shielded you
that kept you safe from falling
the guide that won't leave you alone
until you hear his voice that's calling

The voice that says he's engraved inside
your heart and soul and mind
and he'll bring to you remembrances
if you but want to seek, you'll find

He is the voice you know exists
healing wounds of your life's story
The voice determined that you win
And be partaker of his glory

He is the peace who ends despair
the truth in you for cause to say
"My God! My God! I know you're here
for you shine to light the way

and blood once shed has cleansed my sins
my aged old mind has been set free
Father, I do glorify thy name
for grace that reconciles through Christ in me"

And thus it is, the voice of hope
that enables you to stand
His reach is to the very core
His wisdom..the rebirth of the soul of man..

They Come

Battered and bruised they come
Scattered and torn they come
Homeless and lost they come
Lord, they come..
Mocked at and pained they come
Laughed at and scorned they come
Hopeless and maimed they come
Lord, they come..

Unclean and sick they come
Diseased and lame they come
Tormented and hurt they come
Lord, they come..
Trampled and faint they come
Rejected and stained they come
Wearied and shamed they come
Lord, they come

Open the gates they come
Clear all the ways they come
Let angels praise they come
Lord, they come...
Lord, they come...
Lord, they come...

The Lost

... Parts of them are scattered
Parts are lost somewhere
Pieces that would matter
None beyond repair

Fragments of their gifted minds
Remnants of their pasts
Traces that I would they find
Of love that ever lasts

Echoes of the warriors strong
Deceived and bound and sold
Pulled apart, alone so long
For truths were left untold

Elements sensual, warm inside
Still leave the space between
Beneath the covering they yet hide
And righteousness remains unseen

Trapped within their fearful hearts
Where I know that demons speak
Yearning for a world apart
But not knowing how to seek

Oh sons of men, rise above
Listen to the crying of your souls
Breathe the refreshing breath of love
And feel your minds unfold

Let hearts be drawn above all else
To gaining mercy, knowledge, sight
To understand the sacrifice once made
Is the restoration of your life

Let souls be filled with joy and strength
And receive immeasurable increase
Just rest your hearts towards that end
And rejoice in light and peace

Let freedom find delight in you
And remove ye all defeat
Let us find faith to be renewed
And grace to be complete...

Romans 12:2: And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the
renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and
acceptable, and perfect will of God

The Secret Whisper

Whisper to me little one
as the waves break on the shore
and brings the mysteries of the deep
with her haunting memories fore

Whisper to me little one
as the wind changes her pace
Her howling scream then silent still
keeps tortured cries encased

Whisper to me little one
of all lost grains of sand
ever seeking their way home
but scattered by human hands

Whisper to me little one
as the sun intensifies her heat
yet cannot melt with all her warmth
the coldness of defeat

Whisper to me little one
and do not feel aghast
Be not conspirator with this world
nor keeper of the past

Whisper to me little one
and share with me your fears
the secrets of your sufferings
the hidden controlled tears

Whisper to me little one
for unlike the wind and sea
I'll offer arms of comfort
and the words to set you free

Whisper to me little one
for each grain of sand is mine
thought lost none can destroy you
who was held by the Divine

Now hold on to me little one
as buried nightmares rise
and with distinctive form and shape
is revealed before your eyes

But as you look my little one
forget not that I say
"You're stronger, well learnt, and my love,
will ever guide the righteous way"...

Men of War

Teach not the little children war
Impede them not to learn my law
lest my wrath with fierceness come upon you

See innocence in confused eyes
Saddened, scared, these be deprived
and cannot fathom that which they must view

How long would last your power sought
when land and blood be brought to naught
Oh men of little faith

Consider ye the children's minds
to reinstate of love divine
lest darkness prevail at your gates

Surely all shall lose the fight
who trust alone in human might
forsaking righteousness and peace

What god speaks into your ear
to motivate unto despair
and destruction to increase

Fear, each of you, from every side
There is no place for souls to hide
not to escape the face of the Almighty

Though martyr's cries do reach my throne
they shed not blood as were their own
thus, listen to your hearts, Oh men misguided

For all upon the earth shall see
that bond and free shall bow the knee
and proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord

And if this faith men can concede
you all become the promised seed
of righteous Abraham

Wherefore then the battle's gain
If all have access to attain
who dare lift arms against his brother

Listen therefore not to deceit
Let your inheritance be meet
as to children who give honour to their mother

Oh men of war, your weapons yield
Replace with my well beloved shield
that your victory be the glory of the living God...

Galatians 3: 28-29:- There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free,
there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
And if ye are Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs
                                   according to the promise.

The Sons of God

No longer do we turn our heads
nor do we walk among the dead
No longer ignorance afford
for we have known the risen Lord

No longer hate we manifest
but iniquities we do detest
With consciences made sound and clear
our souls by blood are now made pure

No longer are we sons of men
when righteousness we now defend
nor are our hearts to earth are drawn
for we behold creation born

No longer as mankind now sees
but as made new when glory frees
the captured souls by word of truth
when all men yet discard their youth

No longer are the poor neglect
upon the weak bonds to deflect
For we are they with hearts contrite
Yea, led to walk in living light

The work of glory, faith by grace
the reconciliation great
the love and triumph of our Lord
sons of peace and fullness of God

For we have hope of restoration
of our souls unto salvation
and to God shall be declared
the names of sons of men repaired

who no longer lust in sin
whose hearts do soar with Christ within
who declare truth that God is just
whose joy has purchased life for us

For our God honours faith with grace
to raise our souls to our Lord's place
where judgement of our works rewards
and crowns the righteous sons of God...

1 John 3:1:: Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us,
that we should be called the Sons of God: therefore the world knoweth
us not, because they knew him not.

The Children of the Living God

Hearken to the words you hear
Let not your souls abide in fear
beloved children of the living God

Of these times were prophesied
which you behold before your eyes
Awake and be not ignorant

Stumble not with heaviness
nor give ye room to weariness
but strength through exhortation

Hasten to your work by faith
for ever draweth nigh the fate
that must befall all mankind

Let joy and peace fill saddened hearts
Let your lights spread over dark
that grace be ever with you

In desolation, hope restore
In tribulation, pursue more
With love, bond ye now with unity

For all of heaven standeth still
as trumpets sound of times fulfilled
as saints and angels sing out praise

Whilst here on earth let spirits soar
amidst the famine, hate and war
for lo! Cometh your salvation

Comfort ye all souls in need
that in the promised word they
beloved children of the living God.....

John 3:18 :- My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue
but in deed and in truth. (KJV)

The Cynic

There are those who walk among us
materialistically inclined
Their hearts are solely focused
on what they'll leave behind

..prized possessions..properties..
..money in the banks..
..vehicles and commodities..
..attaining higher ranks..

They never give a word or thought
to disadvantaged others
They never see the battles fought
by desperate, homeless brothers

Yet while their pools are full of water
someone's thirst goes unquenched
While they offer no food nor shelter
someone hungers and is drenched

Chandeliers they blaze at night
their neighbours to impress
while some child squints by candlelight
his tender heart much stressed

When will the rich feel sympathy
for those less fortunate
Can they feel an empathy
for one subordinate

I thank God for all the meekness
He has put into my soul
Some may say it's weakness
but I say it's foretold

That some of us will have no fear
to speak out for what's right
That some of us will have no care
for gold nor silver bright

That we can warn our rich and proud
to share, not hoard their treasure
for the cries of hell will sound so loud
when they see how God his people measure...

1 Tim 6:17-19: Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the Living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.

The Harvest

I would that your need
be to find the path straight
that your hearts rise above
and be harvested in glory

I would that the seed
Which was planted with love
be fruitful by faith
and be harvested in glory

I would from the start
that your minds be the same
as the standard you were made by
and was worthy of me even then

I would that your innermost parts
do awake and remember my name
and the hope therein gave I
of glory that transforms the children of men

Whereby understood, when this truth be told
will the doors of my trapped unlock
For the day of my wrath is ever so near
and the time of the harvest of glory

Seek the sheep that are without the fold
for the shepherd soon comes for his flock
Seek the lost that his voice when they hear
may come in and be harvested in glory

For behold I give sight
when the hearts for old reins make amends
for I would that you yet see my face
and great be the harvest of glory

For my flames scorch the night
till they destroy its end
till my waters of Life flow with grace
and you that are mine shall be harvested in glory...

Matt 24:30-31: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven:
and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the
Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great
glory. And he shall send his angels with a sound of a trumpet,
and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds,
from one end of heaven to the other
