Morning Sunshine

our hands are interlocked like threads in a soft cotton shirt

such an easy feeling of bliss

the polariod picture forever saved in my mind

the sun shining ever so cautiously through the curtains not to disturb the moment

your hair radiates a beautiful dark amber a color for the heavens

thoughts of complete satisfaction and happiness run rampant in my head

can we lay here together forever keeping the truest emotion in our hearts?

love

if not

we can revisit the moment for it is a new journey we found together

it can not be taken away from us because it is embodied in me...

Adjectives

Spinning here

Bouncing there

Bumping into the familiar

Running from the same

Crawling into the unknown

Jumping blindly

Catching an angel

Skipping effortless together

Paper Planes

Over the cliff it goes,
Where is lands; no one knows.
Does it matter?
The wind takes it up - around, side to side then down.
Its outta my hands this time, only the wind knows where it lands.
But that place, we will see, at that point in time,
Complete it will be.

The ride might be long,
Might be hard,
It will fight and flea trying to break free,
But I believe though…in the end,
It will grow,
People will be amazed at the new show.

Only to be back on the cliff,
Falling again,
But this time…it will be ready for the wind.
Enjoying the flight because it knows,
The ride is what allows it to grow;
Being even better then the previous show.

Drone Cubical Thoughts

My eyes are glazed over like krispy krèmes.
How long can one person stare at the same screen?

My feet are limb like a long air plane ride.
How long can one person sit idly by?

My ears like potatoes, mash, all the sounds together
How long can one person listen as the noise gets duller and duller?

My fingers repeatedly work like an assemble line.
How long can one person type the same thing waiting for the stop sign?

My mind is full of gloomy clouds in the sky.
How long can one person sit here and mentally die?

My life is just passing me by as if toothpaste out of the tube.
How long can one person site in this cube?

Hear, Take, Feel

Hear my voice as I speak to
you, freely from my heart as I
must do. You are radiant in my
view, only if you could see you
as I do. Any doubts will wash
away with the rain of love.
Take my hand as I offer it out
to you, for it's with you that I
want to journey life through.
My hand will not let go, for
nothing, wind, ice, rain, or
snow. Feel my kiss and I
gently peck your lips. Holding
you close as I caress your hips.
We will share our love as lovers
do, forging a bond as strong as
a diamond. It will last and last
and out last all. Even if one of
us may fall. Again, I ask of
you, hear my voice, take my
hand, and feel my kiss. I
promise it will be bliss.

Desiring You

Laying in bed thinking of you
with memories of waking up
close like morning dew.
Feelings of ease fill my soul
with each thought of mi amor.
Holding onto this prefect
moment as light will soon be
my opponent. Creeping
through the window the
brightness begins to show.
Waking from my slowly fading
dream hoping someone slips
me some codeine. To travel
back to you so we never have
to bid a due.

Ying and Yang

Helpless yet secure
Calm but exited
Salty then dulcet
Hot rushes turn cold
Tousled when delicate
Perfect harmony

My Status

Just if you’re wondering, I’m doing well.
If you don’t care, you can go to hell.

Forgotten Blanket

Take me out of here! Ran through my mind. Then poof! I was out and in the arms of a loving blue eyed girl. She held me with such a raw and pure emotion of love. The first night was just magical, I knew we would have a life long bond, that never would be broken; or so I thought. We slept so wonderfully for the first time, her arms wrapped tightly around me with such glee, never wanting to leave me. I was entangled in her arms, around her feet and everywhere that first night. I was the happiest thing on the planet. We would be inseparable at the beginning, doing everything together. It didn’t matter what was going on in the world. I and the blue eyed girl had it all with each other, and that was all that mattered to us. We would spend whole weekends laying in each others comfort. In that time it never occurred to me that life could be different than that.

As time went on though, we would have fewer moments together–I should have seen it coming. We would share a magical moment much less than I was used too. But in those priceless moments I would be reminded of the first time we were embraced; feeling all the same raw and pure emotion of love that only the loving blue eyed girl could give. As time kept passing, we would only share special moments every few months – I really should have saw it coming. The loving blue eyed girl wasn’t the same. The raw and pure emotion of love was gone, only appearing randomly. This was new to me; I would be left on the bed, thrown on the floor, or stuffed into a closet. Where had the life long bond gone? I didn’t dawn on me that through the time we had spent together things were different now. I wasn’t the new, exciting, soft, and cuddly thing I had once been. I was now boring, old, dirty, and sad.

Then it finally happened, the moment I had been dreading but should have seen coming. The loving blue eyed girl had finally thrown me in a box in the middle of the hard wood floor and never came back. I was left there until her dad came to clean the rest of the room after she moved out and took me to a warehouse. In this warehouse I was thrown here and there. I was in the goodwill office. I finally was sorted through after many days of being tossed and dragged on the dingy floors. I ended up on a shelf in the back dusty corner of the goodwill. I have been here for weeks, waiting for someone to come pick me and take me home with them so I can be their blanket; keeping them warm and cozy until I fray away.
