Why It's So Hard To Let Go

She doesn't know how easily she captured my soul,
I see now how hard it is to let go.

I can lie and say all love is lost,
but still I would her love back at any cost.

Had me smiling when times were bad,
to the point I couldn't cry when sad.

All I can think about her smile,
How great the times were for a while.

Don't get me wrong i'm still mad that she played me,
I just don't know how to express love without using "we".

The first three weeks are always the best.
Then the rest of the month is always some mess.

I'm still crazy for her,
Even when i'm trying to let go.

In the night she comes,
Freeing all the women from their pain.
as she made their pain go numb 
she looked at the abusers with disdain

I don't know how she does it
How could a woman with her own pain 
Help other women with the same?

Pashant is what they called her.
Her arms were strong as steel.
She was a true fighter
as you can see she was very skilled

I still don't know how she does it

She didn't do this for attention
That wasn't the type of person she was
she did this for prevention
Everynight this is what she does

Tiger Fierce

You can pin me down and take everything from me.
Thinking you really do something but it'll make me come back stronger.
Say some things thati'll have you cry,frightened,or have a heart attack.
Take my family,friends, and other things i love that are important to me.
Ill show you how weak i can be.
Don't stir up the gemini that lies inside.

I was born to a soldier, from her i became a soldier.
Watched her knock down brick wall and break out steel cages.
Saw her fall when there was no hope.
Got back up when we called.
Fierce as a snake as loving as any great mother can be.
From her I learned even when everything is on you
use what you got, don't depend on anyone else.

Love has been the source of my pain,
Everything he does i'm being blamed.

The price of the load I carry is at a very expensive cost.

  I miss you so much and it's so hard to let go...

Bed Therapy In the Dark

As if I don't have enough on me already.

I got memories trying to haunt me,destroy me.

I can't even close my eyes because i got painful images within me.

It seems like relieving all these thoughts are slowly killing me.

Trying to let my thoughts escape to the paper with poetry.

Although even as I write, it seems like I can't write exactly how I feel.

Realizing that these thoughts have caused my brain to brain to run deep.

So deep I think it would take more than a poem to show you how this feels.

I'm worn out from watching my lifetime story playing in my head.

I think I can go to sleep, but not to peace, a nightmare of the past.

The evil ones who are leaders,have the youth who look up to them trying to change their ways to be just like them

Not realizing how they are poisoning innocent minds so they can have followers

Causing death around them not caring because they are still living

These are the same people we trusted and turned deaf if someone told us so

People rather listen to evil then listen to what the good ones have to say
