Verse 1:

Seems like yesterday we was hanging out
Running round; playing tag in the house
Till you hurt me and I would shout
Zach I gotta let this out my mouth cause
Life ain’t always what it seems to be
It hurts cause I can’t see you visually
Now that you’re gone, I feel like dying 
I don’t even see the point in trying
In the future, it’s my only dream
That you open up the gates for me
I ask God sometimes
Why did he take my friend
Why did Zach’s life have to end
When it’s real, I find it hard to deal
With all the everyday pain I feel
I will never forget that time
When I heard what happened on 4.0.9

There must have been angels by my side
Something had to have led me to you
It was meant for us to cross paths
Cause if God didn’t want it to, it wouldn’t have happened
So I cherish the day
The Lord sent you my way 
To teach me the things necessary for me
And show me the things I needed to see
Thanks for showing me how deep love can be
When you’re able to connect with another spiritually
See, I knew the day would come
When I would eventually bear my soul
To one I really didn’t even know
Now I cry for you at times
Cause you’re never far from my mind
My angels from above
Done wrapped me up in the color of your love
And built a bridge to your heart
Just to ensure that time won’t tear us apart
When I was led to you, I knew you were right for me

Now, for real?
What am I gonna do with a  “scrub.”

The Way I Feel About You

My love for you is wider than Victoria Lake
And taller than the Empire State
Now, I could give you more than that
So surely you want me back
Is it a crime? Please tell me, if it’s a crime?
That I still want you
And I want you to want me, too
I wake up at night with you on my mind
Your soul passes through mine all the time
When I realize that you’re not in my life
Warm, salty tears flow from my eyes
My life feels pointless without you here
Every night I manage to shed a few tears
I’ve been in love with you for a whole seven years
But I’m “All Cried Out” over you
The thing is, you really have no kind of clue
Though, it’s not hard to see that you don’t really want to
In my world, only you
What would I do for your love?

My friends wonder what is wrong with me

Thank You Prayer

Thank You, Lord for helping me to see
That this isn’t who I have to be
If I just stay in your word and keep pressing on
I know that it won’t be long
Thank you for finding my joy within
Now I can have peace again
All I gotta do is stand strong
I wanna be in the number
I wanna see your face
I know I get impatient but sometimes I can’t wait
Cause I’m not cut out for life on Earth
It makes it so much harder to relay Your word
When you got enemies, by a look
Not giving people what they want
They start to get mad and they revert to taunt
How can enemies be your friends, I don’t know
Some people in this world have gotta learn to grow
It hurts me so much when people say
Ignorant things just to make themselves happy
I wonder if they can read my hurt and pain?
Can they see that it drives me insane?
With cruel words to a kind soul
Things like that make me go out of control
