Stars

Within the vast universe
multitude of cryptic stars
in a heavens ocean
dignified and distinguished
in a frightening serenity

Never Judge a Book By Its Cover

We make comment on strangers
to become unnecessarily suspicious
Until our hearts is filled with hatred
We are relentlessly obnoxious

Why oh why do we judge
God forgive us for having a grudge
If only we could see whats in their hearts
our hearts would melt with singing their praises

Spread the Love

spread the love
may it be black and white
far and wide to a deserted sky
or to an ant crawling beneath the moonlight

conquer it far beyond the rays of the sun
sprinkle it gently like pearls and sea-sand
spread it to saturn
whisper it inevitably to every soul

spread the love
to young and old
blow it spreading warm gust
inearth it ,watch it blossom-jasmine,violet and irish and more

sail with it across the seven seas
mark it with a new dynasty
paint the world
let us all come and spread the love that we all need.

Odyssey To India

the Hissings of mumbai
the bright colours of the city chimes
this motherland of mine
has many stories and tales that shines

the buzzing streets of surat
buried with past secrets
people commemorate despite of their different lives
all residing side by side

mango bazaar in valsad
designer clothes and bag shops
an orphan child close by
hiding his smile
i say "a hundred rupee for you young man"
he modestly decorates his face with a fragile smile

an eerie presence in taluka-tala
a place of my ancient ancestors
village-folk congregates as the daylight slowly become darkness
a spirited singing begger illuminates the night with precious richness

"A family trip to india inspired me to write a poem about the cultural, vibrant and cosmopolitan
some cities of india. A beautiful country with wonderful people"

My Dear Mum

you smiled and your eyes were filled with tears
when you held me in your hand for the fist-time without fear
you breathed a warm sigh of relief
while gazing right into my immature eyes and thanking allah with your inner belief

you holded me tightly agianst your heart
when i was afraid of the obscurity of the hollow nights
throughout the darkness singing me lullabys
while i snuggled in your comfortable and merciful arms

when my sleep was troubled by some illness
you cured me with your affection
every day you showered compassion
and still your love for me inflames with passion

treasuring me more than a million diamonds
you wouldnt replace me even for a earths kingdom
the warmth of your heart reaches me faster than the sun rays
you still look into my eyes with tenderness on lonely nights and on delicate days
the god gifted mercy which you possesses outshines the glorious stars
wallahi, you are truly exceptional, absolutely magnificent, flawlessly beautiful
indeed you are oh my dear mum

Eden

rainbow colours been darken
in a world of confusion
question marks all around
no hope from the horizen

the bustling tulips are fading
by not so far from the distance
a tear drop falls lonely
by the misty heavens

sky is filled with anguish
hostile is far reaching
in a world once there was ambition
now knocks on gates of eden.

Exhilarating Moments

I trail along behind the morning chirpy magpie
to liberate from the materialistic vice,
sturdily race up the alley of rocky green hills
horses galloping on bright yellow daffodils,
i earnestly climb up to the hill prime
i embrace the nature vigorously with a warm smile,
i stop and admire the glorious countryside
while the fresh morning breeze runs down my spine,
cotton candy clouds floating high up in the sky
butterflies and bees tireslessly rises up high,
i watch the sun wakes from the distant misty horizen
capturing every exhilarating moments,
releasing lifes turbulance,grief and torments
while witnessing gods most amazing attainments,
around me tranquillity and calm, everything at peace
listening to birds singing, with such ease,
bluebells and dandelions majestically hovering care-free
the earths countryside musk,purifies me,
i notice the morning star gradually fades
while the rays of the sun exhaling, canopys the earth shades.

Rain

Rain dribble drabbles softly on my face
feel the rain drops trickles down drenching my hair
the rains giggles - sings along with my vivid heart
the aroma, stimulates the jaded mind
rain drops falls creating mesmorising sight
hence i regard you as my dear friend
a wonderful mercy
a night nurse for lonesome nights

The Cheery Earth and the Lonely Moon

The moon sulks and envys
when earths stomach is filled habitually
to be garnish in wintry season
listening to carols from birds to wild beast and godly person
the earth feel cheery and merry
while the moon feels miserable and lonely.
