Fallen Heroes

From the day I was conceived God had for me a plan - He wanted me to get involved to help
my fellow man - I know some were against it but God knows what is best - Since the day He
took me home I've had perfect rest - Heaven is so beautiful - I'm walking streets of gold and
now I'm serving others including saints of old - I know some still have anger about the way I
died but God and I both have seen the many tears you've cried - He is a God of comfort - His
love will never cease - Give your feelings to Him and He will give you peace - As painful as I
know it is please don't hold a grudge - Remember this my loved ones - God alone will judge
Then on that resurrection day when all the dead will rise - The Lord will reunite us together in
the skies - So don't give up dear friends - my memory is alive - Put your trust in the Lord
and I know you will survive.

Please Let Me Come Back Home

Several years ago I asked you to do something for Me - And if you did just what I asked My
glory you would see - At first you were excited - Your hearts were filled with love - My heart
was full of joy as I watched you from above - Every service was so great - I felt right at
home - But slowly things began to change and you began to roam - It really made me sad to
see a church with one desire - Let Satan in and try his best to put out your holy fire - Then
came the discontentment and My heart began to grieve - I really didn't want to go but I just
had to leave - Now every week you ask Me to come and visit you - You ask Me for My
guidance in everything you do - But like the church at Ephesus - You've forgotten your first
Love - But I am interceding for you to My Father up above - Please stop all your fighting - It
really makes me sad - You're supposed to love each other - Not make each other mad -
Remember that this is My church - Please repent of your sins - I want to come back home
again - Will you please let me in.

You Don'T Have To Be Perfect

My body may be mangled - I can't write or talk - My legs may be immobile therefore I
cannot walk - My hands and arms may tremble from nerves I can't control - But there's one
thing that will not change - God's Spirit is in my soul. Although I can't express in words the
way I really feel - I know the love of Jesus Christ within my heart is real - I know some
people look at me and think and deaf and blind - But they don't even have a clue what's
going through my mind - Of course there are some times I think of how I used to be - But
God and I've been talking and He has a job for me - He wants me like I am for now so
people know it's true - You don't have to be perfect for God to work through you - Yes the
Lord is using me just the way I am - He is my great Shepherd and I'm His precious lamb - It
may not be until the day the Lord comes back again - but that will be the greatest day there
has ever been That day I'll kneel before God's throne and with my voice I'll sing - then I will
leap into the arms of Jesus Christ my King!

Special Doctors

It's hard to find a doctor these days who really cares - Most of them just look at you and ask
you why you're there - Some charge outrageous prices and then you hear them say - "Well
tell me where you're hurting now I don't have all day" - But there's something different in
you that helps set you apart - God has chosen you to deal with matters of the heart - He has
truly gifted you with knowledge and with skill - He's blessed you beyond measure because
you do His will - No wonder you're so busy and you are so well loved - God is watching you
at work and smiling from above - Thank you so much doctor for all your tender care - When
I talk to God each day I'll lift you up in prayer.

Please Don'T Drink and Drive

The day before Mothers Day in 1983 - My mama my daddy my sister and me - Were on our
way into town to buy a gift for Mom - Little did we know this day the Lord for us would come
One minute I was in the car as happy as could be - Then I woke up soon after that with Jesus
holding me - My mama was the only one the Lord allowed to live - He said He didn't take her
because she has so much to give - It was a senseless accident - we didn't have to die - The
family we had left behind just wanted to know why - But as the Lord says in His word His will
must be done - He also promises us some day we all will live as one - I can't begin to tell you
what it's like up here - Since we came we have not seen one person shed a tear - The Lord
has given each of us a special job to do - Daddy, me and Kristen are watching over you - I
have a message from my heart - please don't drink and drive - If that man had used good
judgement we would be alive - But Jesus said we must forgive and do not hold a grudge -
Remember this my loved ones - God alone will judge - So please be comforted by this - We
are all ok - We're waiting here to welcome you on that special day.

God's Glory - Your Gain

For quite some time now I've been plagued with sickness and disease - Sometimes it's hard
to do the things I used to do with ease - It seems each time I'd overcome I'd hit another
wall - Everytime I took a step I soon again would fall - One day not too long ago I went to
God in prayer - I said "In Your word You tell us to cast on You our care - I said Lord please
tell me what I've done to make You mad at me - Open up my blinded eyes so I can clearly
see" - In quietness I heard Him say "My child please understand - Though you are in a valley
I still hold you in My hand - You have not done a thing my child to make Me mad at you -
This is for My glory and I'm going to see you through - Remember this My loved one there
won't always be rain - When I get My glory you will get your gain - You're going to come out
stronger than you ever did before - I am refining you as gold - Don't worry anymore.

Message From a Loved One

I know your hearts are heavy and you miss having me there - But I'm with God in heaven
where no one has a care - I just shook hands with Moses - I met Job and Daniel too - People
who were sick on earth have bodies that are new - It really was amazing - When I walked
through the gate - I saw the beauty of this place and I could hardly wait - To see the many
wondrous things I'd heard about for years - A place where all is joy and peace - A place
that's free from tears - Peter said "Now come with me - I'll take you to your guide" - Soon I
was standing with Jesus by my side - He took me by the hand and said "I'm so glad you
came - your place is reserved in heaven's choir - sing praises to My name - You should see
my mansion - It's a sight to see - Jesus had it custom built especially for me - I'm having the
best time up here so don't be sad and blue - I'm looking forward to the day when I can usher
you - Into this very special place where we'll live forever more - Please live for God so you
won't miss the things He has in store.

Don'T Wait Til It's Too Late

Last night I dreamed that Jesus came - I met Him in the air - And though I searched for you
my friend I couldn't find you there - For many years I've tried my best to live so you could
see - There is a difference in my life because Jesus lives in me - I told you time and time
again please don't hesitate - Give your life to Jesus now before it is too late - You
said "what's the rush I've got time - I'll do it later on" - God said I'd done all I could do - His
seed of truth was sewn - As beautiful as it was to see this dream unfold - There is another
part of if I think you must be told - The earth was totally destroyed - Huge rocks lay on the
ground - Those left behind cried out for God but He could not be found - They prayed for
rocks to fall on them but their prayers could not be heard - Because they had refused the gift
God spoke of in His word - After years of tribulation then came the judgement day - Those
who rejected Jesus were sadly turned away - But those who had accepted this free gift from
the Lord were ushered into heaven to receive their great rewards - The choice is yours - It's
up to you to decide which you will choose - Give your life to Jesus now - What do you have to
lose - Don't give into Satan - He's fighting for control - But God will let you decide who's
going to have your soul.

Love Yourself

I was sitting at a conference filled with writers for the Lord - Though our writing styles were
different - Our hearts were in one accord - As the speaker talked I listened but then
something caught my eye - I saw a cross up on the wall and the Lord was about to die - I
really tried to concentrate on what the speaker said - But Christ was looking straight at me
and before He bowed His head - His eyes full of compassion began to fill with tears - He knew
I had been struggling to love myself for years. Before He died He said to me - You must
learn to love yourself as much as I love you and My Father up above - After Jesus said these
words His Spirit left the earth - But He let me know - He showed me just how much my life
was worth - When I left the room that night I knew I had been touched - By the hand of
Christ my Lord who loves me very much - Still sometimes I find myself not being kind to me
Then I think of that one night when Jesus made me see - That I'm a special masterpiece and
I'm precious in His sight - When all I see is darkness - I'm surrounded by His light

In My Time - In My Way

In My time in My way - I will do just what I say - Your job is to trust Me each and everyday
Then you will see I'm faithful in My time and in My way - This is what the Lord told me when I
came before His throne - My heart was overwhelmed with pain - I felt all alone - I poured my
heart out to the Lord - He listened patiently - When it was His turn to speak here's what He
said to me - My Spirit is alive in you - for you I gave my all - I feel everything you feel when
on My name you call - Remember I'm the Potter - you My child are clay - Yet I will keep my
word to you in My time and in My way
