CLUSTERS OF BLOOMS

As clusters of blooms rustle to sashay, Peonies, roses, and lilies delight With hints of peach, of gold in fine array! Their rich fragrance wafts on a summer day Adorning the lane with dewed petals bright; As clusters of blooms rustle to sashay. How these florets dance beneath morning’s ray Like embroidered sheaths that waltz through the night, With tints of peach, of gold in fine array! I cuddle each one gently while bird-songs play Of starlit tunes on a heavenly flight, As clusters of blooms rustle to sashay. O peonies, lilies, roses so gay This heart chooses you in a most blest rite; With tints of peach, of gold in fine array! Such joy you give, now my wedding bouquet Through one lustrous moment, vows I recite As clusters of blooms rustle to sashay; With tints of peach, of gold in fine array! ........................ 6/20/2016 Broken Wings' Villanelle Me a Flower or Flowers Syl count checked at howmanysyllables.com

Valentines Day 2016

I never being delighted for any Valentine’s day
As past 10 years of wedding does not came with any special day!!

But This Valentine’s day I experienced something new,
He took the pain and try to remove my blues

He cooked all the meals of the day, and doesn’t argue with me
And it is indeed is a special gift which he has given me

for getting any precious gift earlier doesn’t bring that joy
In all the arguments and harassments all joy gets destroy

Hope we will daily celebrate this valentine day
Full of cheer , happiness , party and gay!!

The Scattered Petals of The Rose

What would be the reason, the path that they chose.
In the mind, that point of time, it seemed to be so right;
To walk upon the path of scattered petals of the rose.

New beginnings, wrapped in ribbons and tied with bows;
Veiled with lace and a dress of pearl beads, glisten white.
A dream fulfilled at the end of the path that they chose.

People gather to witness in their garish clothes;
Seated in anticipation on wooden pews to view hearts in flight.
Watching as the path is scattered with petals of the rose.

Forever, forever is the hope of the vows, and that it grows.
To keep the inner embers glowing, no blinding light;
As not to wilt the scattered petals of the rose.

Challenges the body, and soul and what they expose.
Always the truth, the need to be right or to be contrite;
Remembering always the reason it was the path they chose.

Not to give in to the intoxicated spite, the loneliness of night;
Viewing the self, reflective and truthful as moonlight.
Remembering always the reason it was path they chose;
To cherish always the path of the fragile petals of the rose.

Tom and Thumbellina Wed

There was much ado in fairyland,
The flowers bloomed and mild sunshine fell,
At altar did Tom and Lina stand.

Little folk came from across the land,
They came to bless and to wish them well,
There was much ado in fairyland.

Gnomes set music to their" Golden Band "
Fairies, pixies, danced about the dell,
At altar did Tom and Lina stand.

Elves ensured that the party was grand.
Came then the time for the Wedding Bell,
There was much ado in fairyland

"I Dos" were said to priest's demand,
They'd stick together through heaven , hell,
At altar did Tom and Lina stand.

Now Tom and Lina walked hand in hand,
She wife , Tom her beloved husband.
There was much ado in fairyland,
At altar did Tom and Lina stand.
