Keep well away from dark, forbidding dreams --
Instead, stay near the hearth and play your lyre;
Sleep even so will wait on wooden beams,
Seducing you beside your cozy fire.
Meticulous and careful you may be,
Evicting darting shadows with the blaze --
Inside your quiet cottage, patiently,
Night's emissary holds you in her gaze.
The cuckoo calls as midnight church-bells chime;
His warning message echoes from the walls --
Enchanted ears have lost all track of time,
So far from whispered fears as silence falls.
Her chilling hands then rip away your voice,
And images assail your inner eyes --
Denying you the act of conscious choice,
On captive lips she mixes truth and lies.
When sunlight climbs the sky and breaks her spell,
She blows a darkened kiss, and bids farewell.

A music lover till the day I die...
A music lover...now you know why!
Music calms the angry heart, its glorious rhythm penetrates the dark, the way I feel when the sound waves seep through my hair, consumes my soul with a suttle stare, my feet so happy, my body enriched with vibrations, my soul so at ease, I'm here for the taking.
I play from my experience, I put on a show, my hidden words entangled with the things that I know, smiles surround me, they glance by my feet, their inner beings amazed by my beat.
I beat my drums, I play my strings, they show me their affection, this is where I get my wings, they say I can fly, it seems I can soar, my music so perfect, they keep asking for more.
I do what I love, and they love what I do, music is my life, I am so happy that I can share it with you.
J imi, a talented guitarist
I n the world of Rock
M ade young girls cry
I n his world, how he shined!
H ard wired to play
E arly love for guitars
N ever found Nirvana
D ying each day, endless pain
R iding strings of his music
I n his mind, demons taunted
X iting too soon, young legend!
S- something wonderful!
In another time and place
Music continues to play
As John Lennon caresses his keys
Giving sweet tunes away
If one day I meet him there I will have a smile
Ninety minutes a day would be my slice of heaven
Enjoying listening to him play
M elody and harmony,
U nite in joyous ecstasy.
S atin notes woven with velvet tones,
I ntensify in passionate crescendo,
C reating a rapturous repertoire of sound.
MUSIC to my heart...
for the melody and harmony is perfect!
ORCHESTRATE and compose, a rhythm so sweet
ZEALOUSLY filled with devotion and full of life
AND THE HYMNS and tones will be synchronized
RIGHT at this moment, what I've felt is love
THE SONG itself that touches one's heart
fills the emptiness inside!
Many little girls and boys in recital play your tunes
Obscuring beauty that recalls sonatas and blue moons
Zeal makes up for mastery as parents all look on
As their children murder what was once a lovely song
Rapt applause and eager hands remind us of your wit
Tickled you would listen even as some children spit.
Happily the budgie chirps, his voice so clear and bright
And then canary voices join in, singing 'til day becomes night.
Robins pause outside our window to hear their harmony.
My birds sing with such happiness even though they are not free.
Outside, in trees, voices join in, a chorus of feathered friends.
Now and then they pause to rest as their harmonies reach an end.
Yes, these sounds, so beautiful, put a weary soul on the mend
