TO SHAKESPEARE WITH ADMIRATION

He was the bard from Stratford, and as a teenager
he helped his father in his trade; he married and had children
and became the most popular and admired play writer
in all England...acting was also his other pleasurable passion.

Curious Queen Elisabeth was one of the thousand spectators,
who came to see him in the Globe theater...she shed tears,
and was stunned by the performance of his timeless plays,
and yet, some of his fellow-poets criticized him for his writings!

I wish I had lived in that Victorian era so intellectual and refined,
and had met him in person and had showed him my ample admiration;
I would have asked him the secret, which made him so legendary and loved...
and he would have whispered it to me, to make me revel in that revelation!

I have read his inspiring works, and tragedies rampantly occur
from " Romeo and Juliet"...the Verona's immortal lovers, through" Hamlet "
whose insanity was undoubtedly caused by the specter of his father;
and why didn't Shakespeare choose less dramatic plays not ending in death?

He wanted to teach us indelible lessons to show us how the human spirit
can be passionate, adamant, loveless, envious, cruel, unfair and treacherous...
to outline all kinds of guilt: from murder to envy so well-expressed with eloquence;
it's no mystery to anyone how he conjured up such plots with grief, madness and wit!

Shakespeare was no ordinary kid, and he played with his siblings on Henley Street,
neighbors saw him trot to his grammar school, later he would make everyone weep;
early in adolescence, did his prodigious mind envision one from a vague thought?
It's no wonder that he is widely read even today...hear his speak, he'll impart worth!

Jessica McCord: Selfish Assassin

It was February 2002 (WWF Raw, WWF SmackDown!, and WWF No Way Out), that Jessica McCord and her then-husband, Jeff, killed Alan Bates and his new wife, Terra. Before their deaths, Alan "A.B." was in a custody battle against his ex-wife to have determined who'll have gotten full custody of their two daughters (born in 1990 and '92). The custody hearing might have taken place in November 2001 (WWF Raw, WWF SmackDown!, WWF Rebellion, and WWF Survivor Series), but not until December 2001 (WWF Raw, WWF SmackDown!, and WWF Vengeance), when the lady had spent that time in jail for skipping custody hearings more than twice. It seems that Jessica had disapproved of both of her daughters having the late Terra for their step-mother. the only two things that describes Jessica McCord are selfish and a coward. She selfishly pulled both of her daughters out of their respective schools, she hid them away so that her late ex-husband couldn't gain full access to them, and/or whatever. So, the fact that Jessica McCord had used her own daughters as a pair of pawns as if she's been playing a game of chess had made the late Mr. Bates, the attorneys, and Birmingham Police officers of Birmingham, Alabama, very sick. The lady, Jessica, was afraid that the judge would grant Alan and his new wife, Terra, full custody of the girls, so she and Jeff killed them; thereby dumping both of their bodies in a burned-down car outside Atlanta, Georgia (aka Hotlanta, aka Dirty South, and aka ATL). Jessica McCord may have tried to label her late ex-husband as a bad guy, but no one bought it, not even her in-laws, the prosecutors, and the judge. She knew that she and her husband were going to get caught; they knew it. And where is Jessica McCord as of February 2003 (WWE Raw, WWE SmackDown!, and WWE No Way Out/World Wrestling Entertainment's first 'No Way Out' pay-per-view event, ever)? She's in prison, along with her then-loser husband, Jeff McCord, serving a life sentence in prison with no possibility of parole. Ms. McCord should've gotten the death penalty, but that's the way the law works. And as far as the Bates family, the entire community of Birmingham, and the two daughters are concerned, prison is exactly where they belong. Well, it looks like the ghosts of Alan and Terra Bates will be haunting the two-then McCords for life. Let's hope that the Bates sisters don't suffer the same fate their father and step-mother did. And if I see the Bates sisters in person, there's just no telling.

Statutory Rape 101

Everybody knows that it's against the law for grown men and grown women to date all of the underage boys and girls,. let alone a 14-year-old boy or a 15-year-old girl. The law also states that any adult who tries to have this so-called "intimate sexual relationship" with any of the underage boys and/or girls would likely go to jail for a period of time and upon release, they'll have to be register sex offenders for the rest of their lives. It seems that those teen girls would rather date men in their 20's or 30s than guys their age and those teen boys would rather date women twice their age than girls their age, as well. but luckily, their parents (the mothers and the fathers) are here to prevent these so-called "May-December" relationships from ever happening, especially when they're protecting their teenage offspring from dirt-bags like these would-be pedophiles. But no matter what the parents do, no matter how hard they try, their teen sons and/or daughters, they secretly continuing dating older men/older women, even at night (midnight, 2 am, or 3 in the morning, e.g.). And the next thing everybody knows, their parents, they will have found out about it; thereby finding them in bed with the adults; their parents should make multiple police reports and pud the cradle robbers behind bars for good. Boy this is starting to look like an episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (Season 6-Episode 19-Intoxicated featuring Danielle Panabaker) and an episode of "Snapped," especially when Sarah Johnson killed her own parents in cold blood because she was afraid that the late Mr. and Mrs. Alan and Diane Johnson would send this guy name Bruno Santos to prison or have him deported back to Mexico for statutory rape (by way of dating a then-16-year-old girl). There's no way that those teen boys and teen girls are ever going to get into a bunch of serious, intimate relationships with a bunch of would-be cradle-robbing adults. They need to concentrate on their education and they need to be with guys and girls their age. I mean, one teen boy dating a n adult female? One teen girl dating an older man? My God, their parents will be seriously upset about this. Who on Earth would be dumb enough to fall for an older woman or an older man? And if these would-be pedophiles in the form of grown men and women even attempt to rob these teen boys and girls of their innocence and whatnot, the parents are going to have a problem up in here.

Teen Pregnancy 4: The Cradle Robbers

Teen boys are always getting teen girls pregnant, but older men, impregnating underage girls? When will teen pregnancy stop? It seems that these underage girls have been seeing these men in their 20s or 30s behind the backs of their moms and/or dads. And the next thing everybody knows, one day later, those teen girls, they will have wounded up getting pregnant in an instant. No matter what the parents do to prevent their teen daughters from ever becoming mothers at an early age, let alone 15, no matter how hard they try, they just won't listen. And no matter what the moms and/or the dads will have done by showing their teen daughters the dangers of teen parenting, they still won't listen. These older men have always been messing around with the underage girls (ages 14, 15, 16, and/or 17) and are always getting getting them pregnant. What's so cold about it is that their parents will have been seriously upset about the fact that these grown men have robbed those teen girls of their innocence and their futures. And instead of teen girls going to college to become, teachers, lawyers, and/or doctors, because of these grown men, those teen girls will have been forced to have dropped out of high school to take care of their kids. See, there's a problem with those underage girls: they just can't concentrate on their education, thereby getting their high school diplomas and/or college degrees. The girls really should've waited until after they'd gotten married to guys their age and then have kids. And if these men in their 20s, 30s, or 40s weren't going to take care of their kids that the young mothers have given birth to because those sexist, womanizing Neanderthals who've gotten them pregnant to begin with, they should've used condoms and/or left those teen girls alone. As a matter fact, these grown men should've gotten arrested for impregnating teen girls by way of statutory rape. What's with these young teen girls, always falling for guys twice or three times their age, knowing they should date guys their age. Why must these grown men always wanting to get those underage girls pregnant at an early age, let along 15? I mean, who does that. It's just way, way, way too much for their parents (the moms and/or the dads) to handle. And if this type of teen pregnancy continues to expand by the year 2016 and these adult men continue to rob those teen girls of their futures, their so-called "childhood," and their innocence, their parents, they're doomed. This ends now!

My Favorite Devonshire

Footprints to Follow Father's bare feet left footprints in the sand Young son followed, each step carefully planned Tim wanted so much to be like his Dad Always emulating, quite a sweet lad So as you leave impressions on life's shore Remember your path will not be ignored Tread gently, leave prints that make your kids proud Step far away from the perilous crowd Stop at times, build sandcastles, pick up shells Memories can't be erased by sea swells Imprints on children's hearts last forever Keep this in mind through every endeavor A child may be following your footsteps Always make your marks with loving precepts Carolyn Devonshire When I read this poem, Carolyn, I picture my husband and son in those moments when they don't realize they're being watched. How my son looks at his dad is priceless. He hangs on his every word and wants to emulate his every action. My son is only four and I know one day in the near future, this will change (especially in those teenage years!), but I hope he follows in his dad's footsteps. My husband is a kind, loving and hardworking family man. Thank you for writing this beautiful poem. I have printed a copy of it for my husband to keep as a reminder of the tiny feet carefully stepping close behind his. As a parent, nothing is more important than our "impressions on life's shore". God bless you, Carolyn. Your golden heart shines through your words. Love and Blessings, Rhonda

Education is Power

Who is in charge of our children's education?
What happens when parents don't do their job?
When children have no sense of reading, writing,
till they hit that school room head on?

Who is responsible to initiate, ingratiate, the word,
so language is understood from infancy and
not suddenly at five years old when
communication receives the attention it deserves?

Parents stand up and take notice
schools do not provide the only source
You are your child's first teacher
You are the one who gives him voice.

From you he will learn expression
From you he will learn who he is
From you he will learn his roots
Give him your love and attention.

Provide an environment filled with books
A place where reading takes precedence
Instill in him a joy for learning
With gentle hand and loving looks.

Model the love of learning
read on your own or with
till without even knowing
he'll develop a yearning
to know, to explore, to evaluate
all there is and more.

A Hushed Prayer

I beg for your forbearance
For I have disregarded my faith towards You
I beg for your healing in advance
For I have disclaimed Your protection and now I’m blue

Do you notice that I’m blanketed in deep distress?
My pillow is soaked externally with unsettling tears
My good memories that bestowed hopefulness
Has been meddled with for years
Has been mistreated and replaced by insecure dreadfulness
I need shelter from the tide of despairs and fears

I’m shattered and I’m seeking Your helping hand
Receive my hushed prayer…from your throne in heaven
I’m begging for Your contentment that’s beyond grand
Receive my muffled prayer… or I’ll be stuck in this tarnished den

Do you notice that I’m spinning mad in the rivers of mystifying visions?
My unwavering boat sinks drastically with damaged gears
My bad memories that departed from my missions
Has been discarding the carefree years
Has been neglected and torn apart by dishonorable decisions
I need Your love to embrace me with jubilation and cheers
I beseech for Your mercy
For I have abused my steadfast hope towards You
I look forward to Your infinite Kingdom favorably
For I have admired Your blessings and now my dreams come true!
In Jesus’s name,

AMEN!

Teen Pregnancy 5: Out-Of-Control Teen Mothers

Those teen moms are and/or will have been up to no good, especially by going to unsupervised parties, doing drugs, and stuff. They had their babies not too long ago, but they continue their out of control ways, including by way of neglecting their own offspring? I mean, who in the world does that kind of stuff? It seems that the parents (thee mothers and/or the fathers) really should've kept their teen daughters locked up in their rooms and on top of all that, those underage girls, they never should've been teen mothers to begin with. On top of all that, those teen girls were supposed to concentrate on their education instead of messing around with those womanizing fiends. There's always a problem with teen girls-turned-teen mothers; they’re always having unprotected sex with multiple guys, drinking alcoholic beverages (vodka, beer, and rum, e.g.), using illegal drugs, and stuff. All teen girls should be ashamed of themselves, not taking care of the ones who’ve brought them into God’s green Earth. The only ones who’re responsible for getting those teen girls pregnant, thereby bringing the infants to this world are those dead-beat teen fathers. It’s their fault. They did this. They brought those kids into this world. What those teen girls should’ve done was to have told their loser boyfriends to use condoms, otherwise they never would’ve gotten pregnant. Not only have those out-of-control teen mothers put their own families at risk with their reckless behaviors, they also put their own children at risk, and it’s got to stop right here, right now! Those teen girls, they shouldn’t be mothers at an early age, let alone 13 or 17 and they definitely shouldn’t be putting their own children in a dangerous environment, thereby being harmed by those cold-blooded gang bangers and/or drug-dealers. The reckless behaviors of all teen mothers will have gotten their own children killed or worse. The employees of Child Protective Services and the local police are going to hear this. Everybody’s seeing multiple life sentences in the future and those teen mothers should not just be stripped of their parenting rights, they should also lose custody of their children. It’s making everybody sick just thinking about it. And if this type of ordeal continues to go on, it’ll lead straight to destruction. All teen guys, use condoms! All teen girls, keep your legs closed! And all teen lovebirds, keep your clothes on! No children until after education is completed and marriage!

CRITERIA OF THE JEWISH CANON 11022011

In the several centuries
Before the coming of Christ
The Jews in Palestine re-examined
Eliminated some of the books

From existing collection
As not in harmony with the Law of Moses as
Of doubtful inspiration
The Pharisees set up four criteria

Which their sacred
Books had to pass
In order to be included
In the revised Jewish Canon

(1)	They had to be in harmony with the Pentateuch (Torah or Law)

(2)	They had to be written before the time of Ezra

(3)	They had to be written in Hebrew

(4)	They had to have been written in Palestine

PRAISING YOUR WORK

Praising Your work with song thrills me,
seeing the vastness of the sky
astonishes my eyes in joyful ways;
Father, hear all of my prayers:
be like that willow shielding me.

Furious winds blow, but can't whip me,
their cold gusts can't ever reach  me;
Father, let me sing divine hymns
like David did in those quiet times...
                               Praising Your work.

I've lived life and ready to die,
days fade...never frightening me;
there is no fear inside when stars
illuminate my path on dark nights.
Father, let me laud you with songs
that I'll sing through eternity...
                          Praising Your work.

THE BREATH OF LIFE

A GREAT THING GIVEN FROM OUR FATHER WAS,
A WORLD WITH BLUE SKYIES,BLUE OCEANS, ANIMALS, TREES, SUNLIGHT, FOOD, PEACE,
JOY, BEAUTY,
HARMONIOUSLY LIVING TOGETHER ; IN PERFECT COMPANIONSHIP.
GOD THE FATHER DIDN'T STOP THERE, HE GAVE US
THE ULTIMATE GREATEST GIFT ANYONE
COULD EVER GIVE; WHEN HE ; BLEW THE BREATHE OF LIFE INTO ADAM'S NOSTRILS.
GOD DIDN'T STOP THERE THOUGH, HE PROVIDED ADAM WITH A GARDEN OF GLORIOUS
BEAUTY AND PERFECTION.
SHORTLY AFTER THE LORD GOD ASK ADAM "WHAT IS WRONG ADAM"? ADAM REPLIED I
FEEL LONELY, I WISH I HAD A COMPANION".
QUIETLY GOD THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT ADAM
HAD SAID; AND PUSHING HIS FEELINGS ASIDE,
HE PUT ADAM INTO A DEEP SLEEP
AND MADE A COMPANION FOR HIM.
FLESH OF MY FLESH, BONE OF MY BONE,
AND THEN GOD TOOK A RIB FROM ADAM AND GAVE IT TO EVE.
AFTERWARDS GOD SAT ADAM AND EVE DOWN AND EXPLAINED
TO THEM THAT ONLY ONE THING
THEY WERE FORBIDDIN TO DO AND THAT WAS TO EAT FRUIT
FROM THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL;
FOR THEY WOULD SURLY DIE.

Willow Tree

Who do you feel like today?
Do you even remember my name?
It's been 8 years since then,
Has the willow tree we sat under gone dead?

 I wonder if you've changed,
if you regret your biggest mistake.
Do you feel the sorrow i feel?
Is this pain the only thing that feels real?

 I feel no sorrow now,
I only feel hatered for the world somehow,
How could you rape your granddaughters?
And Forget your own son, My father?!

How could you do this to me?
The only way how i feel now is to bleed.
I put no effort, no feeling, no thought,
In the war,
 This battle in my heart

How do you feel like today?
Is it easier to know that your safe?
Outta jail they let you out,
Why so you can pay your road to hell?

So i plant me a willow tree,
right above the grass,
 below the leaves.

I lay here below this willow tree,
My only friend beside of me,
 The memories still remain,
Alone,
But it's better off this way

The Closer I Get To You

The closer I get to You, Lord, the less of myself I see;
The closer I get to You, Lord, the more like You I'll be-
My wants, my hopes, my dreams will be in accordance with Thine-
For I no longer am happy to be less than You would have me be;
Because I'm Yours, Lord and You are living in me-
So the closer I get to You, Lord, the less of myself I see.

The more of myself I give to You, the less of myself I own;
The more of myself I give to You, the more You sit on my heart's throne-
My thoughts, my words, my deeds become Yours to do as You will;
The closer I get to you, Lord, the better inside I feel-
Your Holy Spirit now leads me because now I'm doing you will-
So the closer I get to You, Lord, the more You become so real.

The closer I get to You, Lord, the less of myself I see;
Until one day I'm totally all You would have me be-
Wholly and truly complete in Thee.

The Sun's Rays

The sun’s devouring rays
Reveals an astounding sensation against the marvelous universe
It caresses the earth with warm hugs and gives life to the motionless gaze
Its auras are above nature’s designating exteriors
Its swaying beauty is beyond Earth’s inhabitants, deserving my praise

It treasures the sky with joyousness and forms swarms of jeering birds
The sighs of the wind attracts clamoring herds

The sun’s appalling flames
Unshackles a zealous tune that reveals the Earth’s accord
It embraces the atmosphere with remarkable claims
Unraveling my curiosity; my ears are pleading to hear more, so I go forward!

It prizes the ocean with eagerness and forms swarms of screeching seagulls
The strength of the waves draws in scorching souls

The sun's unattainable rays
Motivate life to trail on till its duty is done
Its auras seep through the whirling sky and strays
Embracing ambitious love like a father and son

THE VERY EXISTENCE OF OUR SOUL

Being absent even for an hour, day or week,
and not write and post anything...can make days look bleak,
some find worthiness in words and challenge themselves
to confront fears and doubts, or share their joys with new-found friends.

To us poetry is the very existence of our soul, which glorifies grace
in all its virtues through the art of writing...an art older than love itself,
so some thought of using this devise to express what the heart really felt...
and what came out of it amazed all and quickly spread to distant lands.

Weren't I not a keeper of its illumination, or a humble poet in contemplation,
I wouldn't be lured by a pen to extract ideas from my clattered head
or search for fresh ideas to be turned into thoughts and strip them of illusion...
as I frolic into a labyrinth where secrets unveil themselves at my command.

It's needless to say to ourselves that poetry isn't the very existence of our soul:
lovers couldn't open up their hearts and talk tenderly as if they were going to pray;
no composer, painter, lyricist, poet or philosopher could see Nature in a realistic way...
poets outnumber drug users, wouldn't God rejoice and break down another wall?

Complete Man

Prolog: This poem is about how much you need to struggle to ‘survive’ as an accountable and matured man. Child demands what he desires and the man sacrifices his desire, to fulfill the child’s. It’s funny how you would be made a king for a day, and then a ‘somebody’, or even a ‘nobody’? Moreover, as you grow up, linearly, the problems breed exponentially like bacteria. Yes, it is true that the assimilative power to bear the offsets increase as you grow up too and how we breathe with the mere hope that one’s integrity pays back at some point in life. These verses symbolize the seldom hidden pain as adolescents in antithesis to the trouble-free life of a kid. Being a four year old playing with crayons, it’s all about you and your own little world!

The journey is tough, the journey is loathed,
The journey is necessary, the journey is promising

From learning to put on the bow-tie,
To responsibly having the handkerchief in your pocket,
From experiencing the toughest times
And still standing upright like a ship in a storm
Like never before,
Manhood, here comes, like a raging warrior,
Resilient in form, stronger than its former,
And kills your innocence; darkens your heart.

The journey is tough, the journey is loathed,
The journey is necessary, the journey is promising

Life slips by ‘unlived’ and under cut-throat competition
Little merry-time, patchy hangovers and a far-fetched ambition
In trying to enrich and reclassify his social status
Life is yet adventurous, travelling rough miles
Reshaping himself, constantly adopting new lifestyles,
Every so often, he needs a little time, damn-it
In the end, faith grows numb in breaking the habit
It’s flabbergasting dad, how you stood up on your feet
Such burden of liability on the shoulders, how can one keep?

Politics was detested, conspiracy unheard of.
But now only has become an essential strategy for survival
Pain only makes him stronger,
Thanks Kelly Clarkson; that makes our belief finer
And brings a hope of fresh revival
How true Darwin sayeth!
Fittest subsists, and the rest are extinct species.
However, gratitude to such reformation
The inception of adulthood, cognizance!
Teaches him to be & believe himself; thus push his limits farther
Only critical moments, binds his relationships sturdier

The journey is tough, the journey is loathed,
The journey is necessary, the journey is promising.

Distressed Like the Weather

Dark, departing clouds waved their last goodbye
My smile transcends and then…descends
Brought down by unexpected departure

This weather stays with me for a while
But, with my trustworthy friends by my side,
They’ll encourage me to move on—even if I’m sunk deep with regret
At least I have some numbers to dial!

Anguish once again reigns upon my mind
With God always by my side,
He’ll clear my pathway and renew my frame of mind

I could pray for a bright future to rely on…
While I wait till the weather’s completely gone

I'll follow you wherever you flee
Just signal where we ought to be
I'll follow you wherever you take wing
Just push me back and forward like a swing
Lift me up and pull me down
And I'll follow you
Like your pesky duckling

Take wing, my darling angel
I'll watch your Devine flight and wave a farewell
Someday I'll dwell with you
But I'll be your duckling and will always have you to turn to

The Reason Why There's No Market in Poetry

"Only other poets read your poems"
Said my father, to my great appall
So I plastered a poem in spray paint
To the side of the town's harbor wall

Then the bobbies saw my piece of artwork
And they dragged me away to a cell
Then they threatened to brand me a vandal
And they called up my parents as well

When my father showed up, he was yelling
"What in blazing God's name did you do?"
I replied "You were wrong 'bout my poems
The policemen have all read them too!"

Jesus Christ Deal

Eternal Father saw outnumber of people’s sins
Sad with what He created
He wanted to destroy the world
People hurting each other

Jesus Christ stopped Him
Told the Father He would go down to earth
Take People’s cruelty
To start His power over people

He told the Father people would understand
Ransom Himself
Just don’t destroy the world
Believed people to be one

Eternal Father searched a woman
To conceive and bear a Son
Angiel Gabriel spoke to Mary
You have found favor from God

Holy Spirit will shine over you
You are to name Him Jesus Christ
He will save people from their sins
To save destruction of the world

Jesus Christ created a Church
For People to be Universal
People don’t understand
In there people are saved

What are these other churches?
In there you are not saved
Don’t be fooled
By the Christ’s like religions

There is only one
Deal to the Father
Be Universal to His Church
Roman Catholic

To understand the Two Greatest Commandments
“Love God all your mind, heart, body and soul”
Second is “Love your neighbor as yourself”
When we love our neighbor, Covers the 1st Greatest Commandment

Other Churches are misleading people
Thought they love Jesus Christ
Person who created their Church
Was the person they believed and loved

Jesus Crist is very hurt
People don’t know in His Church
You’re saved
In others you’re condemned

' The Greatest Poet Of All ... '

God … Is The Greatest Poet of All
God … Is The Greatest Poet
God, Speaks … And Leaves Us In Awe
… Astounded and Author-Devoted ! …

Yea … We are Humbled and Thunderstruck
and Sublimely Mesmerized
on His Sacred Utterances … We Have Drunk
like Raindrops of Soft-Mercy-Cries …

… While Angels, Sing in Quicksilver-Skies
Even His Son, is Called: ‘ The Word ’ and Wise ( John 1: 1 )
and Every Will and Syllable, and Vowel, Which Rise
… Begins, with Wondrous Words, ‘ He ’ Vocalized

And His Words, Are Strict-Forms and Bright-Joy-Colors
or Sometimes, Warnings in Stark Black and White
Yet … Articulated in Glorious Auras
from He, Who Called, The Darkness … Night ( Gen. 1: 5 )

from ‘ He ’, Who Said: ‘ Let There Be Light ’ ( Gen. 1: 3 )
‘ He ’, Who Orated, Birds in Sun-Flight
‘ He ’, Who Orated Sounds, So Right
Spoke Words, Worthy of ‘The Copywrite’ …

… Like, ‘ Let Us Make Man In Our Image ’ … ( Gen. 1: 26 )
… and Humans, have been Echoing, Ever Since
For His Words Are More Than Vintage
They Are Epitome of Love and Law-Sentence

… Yea … We Emerged from God’s Epiphany
We Should Recite, What He Spoke First
in Such Beauteous, Lilting-Poetry …
… God, Spoke Forth ‘ The Universe ’ ! … ( Gen. 1: 1 )

… Called, The Dry Land, Earth ( Gen. 1: 10 )
Called, The Waters … Seas ( Gen. 1: 10 )
Pronounced Eve, Mother of Birth ( Gen. 3: 16 )
(tho’ She Stole at Speech-Trees) ( Gen. 3: 6, 13 )

Yea … God Called Forth, Flashes and Flowers
and The Breath of Life and Swarms of Honey-Bees
And with Dynamic, Inspiration Power ! …
God … Even Called Forth … me

… and You, and You, and Your Voice Too ! ( John 3: 16 & John 10: 16 )
And Refreshing-Dew and Dawns, Brand-New
And The Rare-Edition – Chosen Few ( Matt. 7: 14 & Matt. 22: 14 )
… Each Bound-Volume, Ringing, Amen-True ! ( Rev. 14: 5 )

Yea … God, Is The Greatest Poet of Them All !
So, Let Us Catch Each Poem-Pearl, in Free-Fall
and Collect Them and Gather Graciously, as They Call
to Conjugate and Climb O’er, Deaf-Mute-Stanza Walls

… to Applaud, The Greatest Poet, Ever and All …

Like Lions and Wolves

Let’s get on track Let’s send a search party for our fathers and fight Let’s get in a risky pack Let’s imitate as wolves, building up courage, not fright Let’s hunt and get our treat Let’s venture around and track down our fathers Let’s search and complete Let’s be fierce like lions, protecting our sisters and brothers What kinds of animals do we portray as?

He Cured Infection

The hardships of my life
Are like a clump of maggots digging through my skin
They are deep within...
How do I inspect them? Where do I begin
When I am in profound distress and sin?

I’m infected…but yet You healed me from all illnesses
I’m defected…but yet You cleanse me from any blemishes or messes
I’m dejected…but You certainly lift up my spirits
But I’m far from being resurrected…I’m ruefully neglected

Jaded by the nightmares…striking me with discord
Like a released sheep roaming in the plains of fate
How do I encounter with my shepherd?
Are we ever going to integrate?
When I’m a lost, stray animal…trampled down by a frown,
Worn-out by my regret and knowing my demise is my royal crown
I’m infected…but yet You healed me from all diseases
I’m defected…but yet You purified me from any filth or squalidness
I’m dejected…but You certainly lift up my spirits

I’m infected…but yet You healed me from all wretches
I’m defected…but yet You cleanse me from any blemishes or messes
I’m dejected…but You certainly pumped up my heart
But, Lord I’m far from being resurrected…I’m contritely mistreated
I’m infected…but yet You dealt with all of my despair
I’m defected…but yet You cured me with blessings you address
I’m dejected…but You definitely rely on my faith that I kindly share
But I’m aching recklessly…but I’m still in progress!

The tribulations of my life
Are like a cluster of wasps, stinging me with vigor in my shin
They puncture me deep within…
How do I infect their nests? Where do I begin
When I am in profound melancholy and cave in

Tell me, Almighty Lord, why do the demons ensnare me with their curses?
They won’t break the tension…in these godforsaken verses!

Family Tree

Our family tree will never stop growing…our faith and comfort will never crumble
Love grows here…so have no fear—God is near
My family, though packed up with pride and low self-esteem, still appears humble
Mirth produces joy and our hope gives birth to cheer

God is our Father; who could play this role as skillfully? Who, other than God, created the world so genuinely?
Love comes from He…so scare away the anxiety—God will grant us ecstasy
My family, though packed up with hope and despair, cherishes my soul with glee
Rebirth and life comes from He and our faith should draw near to thee

"i love you sweet boy..we will have fun this summer and be a close and godly family..nighty nit my light"
This summer, I am positive that we will be a close and godly family
But we must be lights of the world…and we must be willing to finish that race of hardships to earn His dignity
By all means, we will have an enjoyable break without paying a fee
But we must be God’s faithful followers…and we must be prepared to follow our Shepherd who is the key

Of never-ending faith and comfort, nourishing us abundantly
He still exists…He unravels the insanity
Of this world and set us free from blasphemy
Watching over us with pure vitality

Give us Your water
Don’t leave us in the gutter
Listen to the words we mutter

I pray that our family tree will look up to you devotedly

It Is Written Chapter One Verses One To Five

In the darkness of the night,
a camp fire glows, yellow, orange, bright,
around it sit people who we now describe,
as together, having formed a tribe,
and as they roast their latest kill,
enough this time to eat their fill,
the father figure of them all,
begins to reminisce, yes, to recall,
stories of great deeds that he,
has stored within the recesses of his memory.

And through passing millennia it was thus done,
tribal histories passed from father to son,
until the populations of tribes had grown,
and many different stories had come to be known.
Then there came the great idea to draw,
depictions of what each day they saw,
when hunting the animals they needed to stay alive,
they recorded each species which then, did thrive,
painted on cave roof and wall,
wondrous visions which still enthral!

Change came slowly from this time, and,
populations moved to find new land,
so they could ensure their survival,
looking for space without any rival
tribes competing for scarce resources,
life was hard with Mother Nature's forces,
stacked against this new species, who,
compared to Earth's history, was brand new.

Successful tribes began to grow,
and with life experience they came to know,
that the hunter gatherer way of living,
was particularly hard, and unforgiving,
and that for their populations to expand,
they had to find new ways to exploit the land.

So from this point, change came faster,
sometimes punctuated by a natural disaster,
but change it did, and before too long,
they built settlements that were big, and strong,
on land from which they now knew,
the kind of crops from the soil best grew.

A note that I sent to Daddy on Father's Day 2004

Taking this time to wish you a great day of
thoughts, prayers, hopes & wishes to one
of the
Markings of Life in our generation.
To someone who helped make what we, the
youth of this lifetime are today.
We could
thank our mothers, yes.
So, I'll take this
time in a moment - to say how much I do
appreciate you and your doings for our and
your future.
I might not say or show it;
but I do appreciate what God has given me
and my family.
I would not be here living
today breathing, would not be here tomorrow
dreaming of what I could be or could have
been, would not be here next year living as
such creatures if it wasn't for the Hunter
& Gatherer.
You sir, are what others envy;
and I do envy that of you.
I hope I do
accomplish my goals the way you met yours.
From me, the family and all to come of our
lives; Happy Father's Daddy.

Great Existence

Moving up over through
Into
All I've known is felt through the end
Never a beginning always ending
Falter as I may, myself I hold - alone in company
Tress in to limestone pillars of my great hall
Great as the Norse and proud as well
Threads of time woven with clumsy hands led by blind eyes
Thus is the expanse of the web of life The Great Existence
Not where but it's the being that is. Is what I am and
What we are

Words

The words of lovers
take them far.
The words of liars
leave them at the bar.

The words of mothers
soothe the heart.
The words of fathers
strengthen the weak.

The words of friends
can make us laugh.
The words of enemies
can tear us down.

The words of God
give us faith.
The words of the Devil
bring us hate.

Words to the wise,
It's sometimes best
to not use words at all.

Change Of Address

My beloved father died
about six years ago
We were "joined-at-the-hip"
or were told that so,
When he died,
I kept getting his
credit card bills,
They grew impatient
for his ability to pay was nill

I got tired of trying
to explain,
That he wouldn't be signing
anymore checks again

So to one and all
I requested a form
A change of address...
What could be more norm?

I filled it out, new address:
Calverton National Cemetery
Area Z, plot No.2540

And from that day,
And evermore,
No credit card bills
Did pass my door!

Another true tom tale.

THINKING

I hate being by myself
In this house, all alone
I start thinking about dad
Then my heart, it turns to stone
I twitch and I cry
And somehow I can't stop
I want to talk to someone
About that man, my dear old pop
I find it hard to explain
My feelings, enough to share
I thought everyone knew
With my dad, I'll always care
I know he's not here
And will never be again
But all I have to do
Is just pick up my pen
I start writing and thinking
Because he's given me this gift
I can see him anytime I want
With each line his memory uplift

In Lonely Tears, I Pray

O Lord, to you, I come today;
Fruits of my lips, I bring;
Hymns of praises, to you, I sing;
In lonely tears, I pray.

Yet worthy not I am, I ask
Have mercy on my soul;
Lord, despise not my every call;
‘Tis life, to you, I trust.

O Lord, to you, I come today;
Keep me, from vanity;
For in peace, where I longed to be;
In lonely tears, I pray.

Churches and Ecclesial Communities

Many Christian communities on earth call themselves churches
According to the Catholic understanding
Only those in which the sacraments of Jesus Christ’s have been preserved
In their entirety have remained “Church”
This is true especially of the Orthodox and
Eastern Churches
In the ecclesial communities that resulted from the Protestant Reformation
All the sacraments have not been preserved

$weet Violent

Ask Me no more where Jove bestows when
June is past, the fading roses, for In your beauty's
Orient deep these flowers, as In their cause sleep ask
Me no more whither do stray the golden atoms of the Day;
For in pure love Heaven did prepare those
Powders to enrich your hair ask Me no more whither
Doth haste the nighttingale when May is past;
For In sweet dividing lawn She Winters, and keeps warm Her
Note ask Me no more where those Star's light, that
Downwards fall in dead of Night for in your Eye's they
Sit and there fixed become as In there sphere ask Me
No more if East or West the foundation builds Her spicy
Fragrant sweet violent sent love thou art absolute sole
Lord I gift writing poetry to prove the word we'll now
Appeal to no none of all those thy old Poet's great and tall.

April Nineteen

Inside the apple

there’s nothing, but you--

April nineteen man
of yesterday and today, there is

Of creative flair
ah, the spice-scented thought
shod with pink roses

So Poetic

The perplexity of my complexion
Is a God given blessin’
But many have been stressin’
Life’s annoying lessons
That’s in need of correction
But in no need of perfection
Due to the detection
Of affection
In my isolated section,
The convection
Of my teachings
Is telling others that cheating
Requires excessive beatings
And no need for greetings
But communications and meetings
For a love that’s leaking
Not knowing others are peaking
At a heart that’s bleeding,
Weight gain from eating
Heartache from seeking
Guidance from three kings
But joy is what He brings
Know that He brings Holy things,
Many interpretations
Of our situations
That you and I are both facing
Results in two hearts racing
No longer pacing
To live in this nation
Living for education
But difficult due to complication
Like a lack of concentration
Which causes frustration
Resulting in lyrical conversations
Ranging from my altercations to my temper’s escalation
Not in a slower but in a faster nation
But know that the Lord is my shepherd
And I’m in His pasture nation.
In fluctuation results in congregations
Which goes through separation
As a result segregation
Puerto Ricans and Haitians
All apart conversations
About which of the two will enter the 50 state nation.
All sparks from hateration
And also playerhation
But nobody knows
For whom we all should be waiting
Because we’ll feel that sensation
Of the heavenly initiations
With heavenly operations
Living with heavenly occupations
Heavenly organization
Made by His Heavenly creations
While the devil is getting impatient
And pissed off like urination
This poem has no formation
But I’m still lyrically lacing
Because this is the making
Of something So Poetic!!!!!

A spring got stuck up his ___

(This is a fictional poem)

I've had the same mattress for over twenty-five years.
When my teenage son was having sex on it, a spring went up his rear.
It went up his ___ and it got stuck.
I caught him in my bed and he was out of luck.
I was very mad and I started to shout.
A proctologist had to come over to get the spring out.
I knew he had been having sex because he was wearing a rubber.
I tanned his hide and you should've seen him blubber.
He thought he'd get away with it but he did not.
If I hadn't been too cheap to buy a new mattress, he wouldn't have got caught.

City

Growing up In thee City, living with a
Family only a Mother, putting food on table Daddy decided,
He could no longer work living In thee City, with four Girls and two Boys
No shame If you could only look the things that I saw right before Your eyes,
Imagine a Father with leaving our home, and never too return
Didn't even give a poem what His Children noctice Mother would
Work all kinds of Jods making sure that Her Family, would
Never part growing up In thee City, was difficult grace but we all
Strived to graduate at the top of our score we finished, still
It wasn't enough Mother gave us a chance at a College, four Years tough now
I think for a moment, and try to relate while growing up In the City,
You definitely need Mother always did Her best that She could
Providing a loving sweet home while growing up In thee City.

Love Thy Word(s)!

From taunting the bee,
I paused awhile and stared
at them, a couple.

She was yelling at him.

Curse words of her sunk, deeply
into his heart, yet he managed though
to smile. And while I was

cowering in silent fear,

he approached her, like
a grounded child and then
kissed her.

When whirlwind subsided, finally
their splendiferous rite continued,
my ole spirits sung, with such relief.

“Alleluia to the heaven’s sky!”

…for I won’t be
choosing in which cup
I must drink.

keep lifting me higher

there are times when I'm feeling lost and low
I'm all adrift and don't know which way to go
so I read the words of The Father to get inspired
for His word alone will keep lifting me higher

as I open the pages of that sacred tome
I know now that I have finally found my way home
His word gives me all that I desire
and will forever keep lifting me higher

the spiritual pictures that I receive
are gifts from God, I truly believe
oh heavenly Father I just have to say
thank you my God for your words today
for with them I will never go astray
and to you I will always pray

no longer feeling so sad and down
the words of my Father in me have been found
now I'm on the path that my God requires
because His word alone keeps lifting me higher

When A Poet Grieves

They say when a poet grieves
He unveils himself,
Within a poem, mending his broken soul
With the beauty of rhyming words;
His tears he uses to soak the dryness
Of his worn mind;
Yet I, the poet, grieve in solitude
And I could not unveil,
Nor write my own sorrow,
But, I do gaze the sky not to ask how the birds fly
Instead, I cry out loud, for His love and understanding!

Young Mind

Barely six years old, when he talked
to the evening sea, to the moon and the stars
yet, I am without doubt that in yesteryears
I had and enjoyed the very same passion

It seems an appreciation at most
and I’ve spoken about my own in the past
so I have had great time, flaunting it
I had and enjoyed the very same passion

If
hardly have I pushed the brain
to whisper awhile, this so-called writer’s block
is not a big deal. Oh, there he is, sitting

Head slightly bent at my father’s table
I read, by heart, every word that comes out
through his pen. And, in his young mind---
I feel once more, the muse I loved, glowing
