I lay my head

I lay my head  upon the softness of its mane
My white charger, no knight for a swain
as I am the gallant rider looking for love.
Riding the green valleys with mountains above,
looking for hope in natures  fertile plain

A dream, a carousel  of  tears  and  pain
With bobbing horses making  a colourful train
Flying above a sure sign of hope, a dove
I lay my head

Imagination in play as I search in vain
Why from happiness  must I abstain
My empty heart crying out to those above
Praying each night, please bring me love
Grabbing a handful of the silky white mane
I lay my head

daisy

Daisy trips and falls apart
The mysterious rider brings her back
And now wonders how she ll find
The way back home cause is its off the line
And runs away leaving the rider alone
He comes back for her
On the dark dawn
She refuses to go back to his lost life
The angered rider loses control
Cause daisy was the one whom he loved from soul
And for one last time he asks her to go
To the dark den with him for eternal light
For daisy nods no cause she loves her home
Fuming with fury he wins along
Cause daisy said she will stand her ground
The rider calls in his horse to take leave
Distressed yet still in love he climbs his horse
Galloping his horse he starts to race
While snatching daisy from her most beloved home
Cautious and anxious she struggles through the ride
Then comes the deepest valley with the bridge
Daisy unknown of the little bit of it
Tussling and grappling the little doll piece
Falls of the bridge before he could grab her
Bawling for help when taws’ to late for her
And once again
Daisy trips and falls apart
But the mysterious rider on black mare couldn’t save her fall
For he is down with the heart ache of his lost love
And as said so........
He wanders on the edge of the bridge you see
In search of his lost love or her screams
not knowing its too late for all her pleas
'Cos the daisy was the one whom he loved from h soul.
And daisy said no cause she loved her home
And so goes the story of one lost soul who took control with her innocent prose

The Boatman's Song 10/ Many

The boatman’s Song 10/Many

The beauty of that black horse got doubled
With the glittering beauty of the princess on the horse
Who was elegantly riding that black horse beauty
While coming towards the boatman with a speed
He had never seen earlier, when a lady was on a horse

Her shining long black hairs and few locks on her face, were
Blending with the ravishing beauty of her charming face
Which even the sunbeams were trying to penetrate
To kiss her rosy lips and her glowing lovely face
And with each gush of morning beams
A blush came on her lovely face
On which hundreds and thousands can live and die
And can wait for a whole life to see that face

Her body was glittering like a gem
Because of her teenage and beauty excelling her age
And her youth over sprouting from her bosoms
From her princes sly top and riding trousers
She was dazzling the eyes of the boatman
As there was no one else
Who could dare to behold her beauty and grandeur
Which was par excellent, any where on earth

She stepped down from the horse back
With a beautiful sharp jump on the sand
And stood beside the heavenly beautiful horse
She saw the boatman was standing near his boat
And was singing a melody unaware of her gaze

The moment the princess heard that voice
Her heart jumped from her chest
Which had just calmed from thrills
As she had stepped by jumping from the horseback
And her body had calmed only few seconds back

Enchanted and allured by the beauty and heaviness of voice
And totally stunned to see his manliness, so warrior like tight
She forgets her princes sly pride and got lost in adoring
His song and his enchanting voice
Coming from the depths of that singers heart
Suddenly she found herself standing before the boatman
Lost in his heart capturing eyes

There was no one else except these two
And the boatman could not believe
Whether it was a dream or a reality come true
He too was lost in the charms of her eyes
And even forgot to finish the song he was singing
And felt only that someone was penetrating
In his heart and mind, deep some where very deep

The Boatman's Song 11/ Many

The Boatman’s Song 11/Many

Many moments passed, but none spoke a word
Or tried to moved away and remained lost
In each other’s thoughts
They were lost in each others beauty and charms
Suddenly they found, they were in each other’s arms
None spoke a word and no one tried to depart
In those most cherished moments, love was showering on them
Thousands of flowers were blooming in their minds
And the fragrance of love was spreading in their hearts

Unknowingly both of them, became so dear to one another
As if, the Goddess of love had blessed them for each other
Those were the most lovely, beautiful and memorable moments
For which one waits for ever and for ever
Life is a strange drama they both were thinking
Where what may happen in the next moments, no one knows ever

In the meanwhile the princess heard a sound coming from a distance
She got alert and made a good distance from the boatman
So that the visitor may not know, for what purposes she was here
But before leaving the boatman, she uttered in her lovely voice,
Few words, which were glued with love,
“My dream man I am princess of this kingdom
I will come back to hear you and your songs very soon some day
But at present I have to go immediately from here
Please don’t ask anything right now from me”

Without a moment’s delay she moved away from there
To a place, where she had left her horse in waiting for her
The Princess rode on the horseback and moved here and there
As if, she had reached on that place, without any purpose
And came because her horse ran speedily and brought her there

She pretended to move the horse towards the direction
From where, on an other horse, her father was coming
He called, O Princess you are here, we were searching you
Every where over there, but could not locate you any where
Very innocently she replied,” O father, I was trying to see the river
And the sand dunes spreading all over here there
And was about to return when you have come over here”

Dark Horse

I love to sit on it,
And ride without a saddle.
It’s stronger than a stallion.
Riding it makes me sweat all over,
Especially down under in my Australia.
I curse often about how my down under
Feels when I bounce and pounce on the dark horse.
The owner often grunts, curses, calls me names,
And forces me to ride harder with no remorse.
I love such torture.
I love to feel it slide as I glide sloppily,
On the dark horse that belongs to my daddy.
My boobs bounce like basketballs
While I lie on top sideways or sit up so tall.
Daddy sucks and bites my morsels
While he dunks my rear,
Up and down,
Like an Oreo in milk,
On the horse you know.
I never want to get off,
Because it gets me off.
Having that strength poking me,
Feels heavenly.
I love to feel it slide as I glide sloppily,
On the dark horse that belongs to my daddy.

Love and War

I hear the voices
Choirs sing in the skies
I try again like you did before
Depressed I know there is no more

I listen to past voices
Songs sing in my head
For sure a proof I am not dead
Depressed, I am on the floor

Once we danced with the moon above
I held your soul in the night air
Kisses in the dark made us hunger
Yet here I am alone, starving

Shadows of love, a wisp of desire
Music drifts into the night
From the local pub
Where I was and where I shall I die

On my horse, I ride far far away
Guided by the stars, I escape from you
Styrie shall live to an old age close to you
I shall die a distant memory

My Waterloo

Like a Horse With a Carriage

Love goes with marriage Like a horse with a carriage. . . but what of the horse? The horse may lead the carriage, but often stumbles or dies. What of the carriage? It often falls apart or gets stuck in a rut. But how beautiful the horse and the carriage that endure! For SandyIvy Davis's Tanka - Love & Marriage Tanka Poetry Contest

Rain, The Story 1/ 3

I am telling you a story of a lovely girl Rain,
So cute and charming she was,
Like a fairy or a refreshing drop of rain.

Rain had two heavenly white horses,
Beautiful, fierce and bold, like demons on earth,
She used to ride these bold and beautiful, one by one and
They liked Rain, like a fairy from heaven.

She had named the male horse as Past, and the female as Future,
Every day, she used to talk with them like humans,
As they were accomplishing, many of her unusual thoughts.

One day, while she was standing, beside her horse named Past,
Rain was trying to read in his lovely eyes,
The golden pages of her bygone past,
She knew that only her lovely friend Past,
Could bring back to her, the memories of her,
Most cherished love Aiden and the images of her lovely past,
As only few years back, she had lost her love Aiden.

Her most dear lovely horse Past
Was a brilliant piece of creation,
Having the silk color, of ivory white,
He was even capable to unfold before Rain,
Those bygone images and stories of Rain’s lovely past,
When she used to often fly and dance like a butter fly,
And felt blooming like the petals of a lovely yellow Rose,
Amid the company of her love Aiden, she unfortunately lost.

She came close, to her dear graceful Horse Past
And looked deep into the mysterious eyes of her favorite Past,
The Horse Past came to know immediately,
What Rain was trying to find, in the eyes of her dear friend Past,
Next moment, she felt mesmerized and lost in a new world,
Created by the wonderful eyes of her brilliant horse Past.

In the enchanting depths, of the horse eyes,
She began to feel herself comfortable and completely lost,
Rain felt as if she was standing, on a ground full of ice like sand,
Where her love Aiden was calling her, from a little far off,
A little away from her, but not too close,
Aiden had extended his hands to take her in his arms.

She ran to meet her love and to be in his strong lovely arms,
Embracing, kissing and looking without moving her eyes from him,
This was always a passion for Rain, like a dream thought.

A Horse Going Home

The road home is much more beautiful
than any road going away.
I wish far more that my method of transportation
doesn't fail me, that my arrival time
would come more quickly
and anything in my path would move aside.

There is a patient impatience about the journey,
relaxed about going home, yet wanting to be there.
As I watch people going
toward unknown destinations
it's impossible to tell who is headed home
and whose path is leading them away.

If you've ever ridden a horse goin' home
you know by the pace of his step
and the look in his eye that at the end of the trail
there was food, rest, warmth and love.
If you were to watch the pace of my step
and the gleam in my eyes you'd know I was going home.

And there was one reason that outweighed all the rest -
You.

Rain, The Story 2 of 3

Entry submitted in honor of - Constance ~ A Rambling Poet ~

Rain, The Story 2 / 3

In those beautiful moments, what she was feeling
Was only an illusion of Aiden, created by her blessed horse Past,
She was aware that she had only few more such moments,
To enjoy the pleasures of Aiden’s company and
To get completely melt and lost,
In the lovely soothing, enfolds and embraces of Aiden.

She felt, while in the arms of her princely love, Aiden,
As if, the entire universe was flying and dancing and
A soft melody was flowing in the air,
Making her to feel, the ecstasies of joys and pains.

The illusion was touching her mind and heart and it was
Filling her with the sensations of an unusual lore.
The sensations she felt, in the arms of her love
Was beyond her imagination and perhaps,
It cannot be described in words.

She cried in an ecstasy of joy and mirth and closed her eyes,
So that her Love may not get lost, when she returns,
From the enchanting world of her dear Past.

She was trying to grasp every image of joys,
As if, she was blessed to preserve these serene moments,
Given by her lost love Aiden, who was standing right before Rain, although,
Rain had lost her love Aiden, many years back,
When he went in a battle and became a martyr for a great cause.

Suddenly she felt the warmth of a touch,
Close to her lovely hairs and neck, given by her darling horse.
Past appeared to be saying to her, to come back
From the depths of his eyes, into the normal world of life.

She slowly opened her eyes and found,
The alluring images of her love were over,
Only Horse Past and Future were standing very close to her, and
Her horse Past was saying in his own language,
She should now wake-up from the dreams of her love.

She was aware that her horses were blessed to create only illusions,
For a very short period.
Past knew that after some moments,
His powers to create the illusions would not work and before that,
Past wanted Rain to return in her normal world.

Horse Past silently told her by his expressions,
It is now time to come back,
Into the world of the realities of Life.

Even in his silent language Past appeared to be conveying, that
Rain should find a new Love,
Instead of searching her future, in the lost and bygone days of her past.
