Zen

"Zen is not an art, it's not a religion. It's a realisation" - Gene Clark If you are hungry, eat food. If you are thirsty, drink water. Don't be afraid if you see a black cat crossing a path right in front of you; it's only an animal going somewhere. An owl hooting on your roof doesn't mean someone will die; it's only a bird making sounds. Before I was born, leaves were green. After I die, leaves will still remain green. A hand that touches red coal will burn; A hand that touches ice will feel cold. The only happiness you see up on a mountain, is the one that you bring. No one can force you to be joyful. Summer will always follow spring; Winter will always follow Autumn.... There's nothing new under the Sun; things are as they are.....

Simple, common sense; and, yet, so profound!

Very thought provoking write, Teddy. I agree with everything but the last line. Wouldn't you agree, people can promote change? Just a thought. Great write!

I love your question, Daniel!! True, people can promote change, but not changing the Law of Nature. We can time travel, travel at speeds of light...., but still don't affect the Universe in any way. There are many secrets of Laws of Nature, we are yet to tap. Thank you Daniel, for your contribution, and enjoying my piece!! :-)
