Your Story
I live in a city of thousands,
so I got thousands of stories to tell
If our lives should ever intersect,
then I can tell your story as well
I might run into you at the market,
I might observe you sitting at the park
We might cross paths jogging in the morning,
or step into the same cafe after dark
It doesn't matter where I see you,
because you may never even notice me
I will commit to memory every single detail,
then write a poem telling a slice of your life story
