Your Morning Shall Come -John 20: 20
The evenings in all our lifes
look so dark holding our despair
fixing our mind transfixed to stop
seeing only all darkness everywhere
Great is our need to look out of ourselves
punch out your darkness and truly believe
remember God’s promises to spirit revive
hold on to them firmly and cleave
The promise is sure and truly certain
your mornings shall indeed come
Christ shall shine ever so bright
making your life exactly line on plumb
Then your darkness shall flee away
what glories then will surely shine
resurrection life will be your norm
for Jesus will proclaim you are mine
(When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. )
John 20: 20 (ESV)
