You Said

You said she would stay, You said she gave her heart, All I see, Is she tore you apart, You said she would honor you, Cherish and obey, I see an empty home, For she left in vain, You said you loved her, You said she was your wife, My assumption, She meant nothing, Just another notch, Of a failed attempt, I say to you, I'm nothing like her, I'm faithful, Honest, And I will cherish you so, I say I do, To be your wife, I say I won't leave, Because i'm not looking for another life, You say okay, Lets do this, Lets become one, For we have just begun, You say marry me, Till death do us part, I say yes, Because it's a brand new start, Discussions we have, Even arguements at times, But I say I love you, Wrapped in your arms, Till the end of our days.....
