You

I walk past you ever so close, and you never notice. You don't notice how I look at you. You will never understand this struggle Of not knowing who you are; Not being able to approach you with a simple hello. I just can't seem to find the courage, Because you melt my heart with your smile And your eyes give me this feeling inside That doesn't seem to go away. Your voice sends chills up my spine And I become weak in the knees. I want to throw my arms around you And tell you how much I love you. So many times I have stopped, turned around, And started walking toward you In an attempt to tell you how I feel. Then my courage dies and I continue my usual routine: Walking past you with this struggle Of not knowing who you are.
