Yet Another Dream

I wake up from yet another dream; He seems to be a theme. Can’t get him outta my head, But it’s not something I dread. He’s everything I wish I could be; Yet he’s just like me, to a degree. He can manipulate my every being, Without me even disagreeing. His eyes are gorgeous green. His body so lean. He catches me when I fall; I have found no better man that I can recall. He’s my rock in troubled times, That is why this even rhymes. Without him I am no longer whole, Without him I’ll lose control. Because of him I am stronger, Because of him my life will go on longer. Because of him I have a goal, For to him I must trust my soul.
