Worry
Feelings of prosperity have been lost
missing within a deep salty sea of terror.
My mind is plagued by death
an unavoidable fear.
Haunted by nonexistent illness
like a thick fog that shrouds my conscious brain
perhaps I’m no longer sane.
Heart trembling anxiety rests upon my shoulders
whispering negative and unrealistic thoughts.
Pressure pressing against my chest;
similar to the weight of heavy boulders.
