Working From Home

Ask chrome Of how I roam Of how I mold Trying to build gold Working from home, my dream job! Ask me Of how I dream Of how I avoid steam Of how I create schemes and streams Trying to make whole cream Working from home, my dream job This is no joke It's hope If only poetry would put food on my table It would be an avenue to gamble.

Poetry seldom puts food on the table but feeds the soul to capacity and this true in your case! Wonderfully done, makes someone think of the alternatives in life, dear Njeri!

I don't think I could actually sit and force myself to write - it may take away the pleasure of the spontaneity of writing :-) Hugs Jan xx

To be honest I don't see it actually happening, and if it does I'll be shocked. Like seriously, poetrysoup has so many poets and am sure most of them would like to live a life where all they want is pen and paper everyday
