Wishes
Winter wishes are coming true
I wish upon a snowflake each night
For the love of my family within my heart
I ask that we go further tomorrow than we did today
Spring wishes are coming true
I wish upon each dandelion with every blow
For friendships to last
For the warmth of a hug
Summer wishes are coming true
I wish upon each drop of water before it makes its splash
For adventures and memories
For company to enjoy
Fall wishes are coming true
I wish upon every leaf drifting through the air
For hope that comes with a breeze
Freeing my heart from the longing and sadness of the loved ones we miss
A world full of possibilities to be seen
I wonder if anyone sees them like I do
I would deepen my heart with them
To open the possibilities within our lives
Sharing our hearts and friendship
Then truly all of my wishes have come true
