he blows out candles wishes are a boy's laughter his face is my smile across the ocean a boy falls asleep hungry no birthday wishes

    This is a perfect entry into Michael's contest Rhonda! I really enjoyed the dramatic change from happiness to sadness between just two short Senryu! You've done masterfully with this form and subject matter my friend! Awesome piece here, Great Work!!
