Winter Disappeared
Woke up this morning,
winter was gone,
cold and snow took
a break for now.
My old friends
the robbins are
everywhere to
be seen and
making those
beautiful sounds
I missied so,
sunshine and
blue skies so
wonderful to behold,
knowing nauture is
only playing tricks
on me, winter woes
will be back when
their spring break is over,
to torment me,
as it did before,
but this day I
will cherish and
take in the warmth
of this beautiful day.
