Whispers So Low
In moments when the twilight sparks
To gently flare like bright monarchs,
Tender comes nightfall swinging a hum
While air-tossed clouds, on flight, succumb.
Yet, through the lull of sky, I hear
My lover's voice huffs, quite revere
Whispering mildly as I flow
Through refrains from winters ago.
