Whisper of Dusk

Whisper of dusk engulfs everything near and far in far away sky a bird takes some silence home silence so precious at this hour of twilight's birth twilight hums a lullaby so sweet for us all all those soldiers tired in the battle of life life now longs for soft embrace of solitude a solitude wrapped in dusk's serenity to meditate meditations of all to connect to their souls to confess to the soul in this dusk of life life's so many paths still in our dreams those unfulfilled dreams long for another sunrise another sunrise we dream of amid this whisper of dusk. ****************************************** Placement: 4th; (September 2012) Contest:Wreath on the Flavor of Dusk Sponsor:Nette Onclaud By :Kash poet Date:15th August 2012 WREATH:A WREATH is composed of a word or words from the end of one line, then, appearing at the beginning of the next line. Kash, a wonderful verse... i can't wait for this feeling... the sunrise, i once dram about... i don't know, maybe that dream was not meant for two... some whispers are so quiet and reach nowhere.. but, the meditation sounds exquisite ... I long for that feeling where it is only i and the light... solitude of no suffering.... good luck in the contest..xox~pd

Kash, you did a splendid job with your wreath poem. I especially like the part of a bird taking the silence home. That is so cool to imagine. this could almost fit for the silence contest too! (except it is longer than a few lines!!)
