Waxed Darkness - For Contest

Waxed Darkness – for contest Her eyes distilled the beauty of the sunset reflecting the innocence of peace. Sweet redolence of salted breeze teased the tongue to lick the sensuous mist, danced amid pine cone wind chimes. She blinked – eyes softly closing savoring the delicacy of warm summer light fading under waxed darkness. //Evening// for Mixed Senses – poetry contest John G. Lawless 9/14/2015
