Warrior

You are missed, dear friend. Lo' may you meet your forbearers in Valhalla as was your wont. Valhalla. May your strength return to you there, Ray. Your family misses you. I miss you. You were a good person who raised hardworking and decent people. I hear the Valkyrie singing for you! I hear the horns sounding in the distance! And louder than all, The thunder of Thor's Hammer cracking through the night. Another brave warrior has returned home. In Memory of Raymond Richard Anderson

Hi Geoffery: Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed reading this poem. It reminds me of my grandfather (mother's side), whose family came from Norway. Once again, great job!!! Respectfully: Sheol

A powerful and touching tribute to Raymond, Geoffery. When a loved one leaves to go to war, we never know when or even if we'll see them again. I'm sorry for your loss. He sounds like quite an important man in your life. Love, Carolyn
