Volatile Supermoon

Swallowed the sun in attempts to feel the fire, dimly lit universe eclipsed 'neath inescapable novas, horizons were hued of brackish tea's indifferent sympathy, whilst solar systems' fate lost in darkly orbits relinquished their presence, as celestial bodies blurred indulging supermoon's intense volatility

A splendid poem, Paloma. Visual surrealism that this cosmonaut can truly appreciate. Incidentally, Jupiter has a supermoon, Io. That moon is the size of Earth. Very alluring and tantalizing poetry. Cool write. Love and peace to you.

Sounds like the effects the full moon has on me and the supermoon was worse. Though beautiful, there is always a dark side to every moon and that is where I tend to wander on my off days, Your poems is a darkened masterpiece floating amidst the light that is seen at night, even though it originates elsewhere. Beautifully rendered my sweet friend.

"Everyone is a moon, and has a dark side which he never shows to anybody." -- Mark Twain. ...... "Every man is a moon and has a side which he turns toward nobody: you have to slip around behind if you want to see it." -- Mark Twain.

Were you able to watch it, the Supermooi? It was completely shrouded by clouds here... Swallowed the sun in attempts to feel the fire. I love that :)
