Victory

Tis done the task is done but ere I saw it through I came upon what seemed to me a shade of darkest hue It stood a jungle through which there was no path I turned and would have gone but wait, a voice, “hold fast" So faint I scarcely heard but still again it came "come follow me if thou would heritage claim” And then before me there a light that pierced the gloom I followed picking my way and soon the victory won!
