Since I am diabetic, I will have to eat sparingly of my favorite food...No I won't covet it in the Biblical sense..

Some fudge Begrudge
Covet You bet

I like the addition of rhyme, a bad combination, sweet tooth and diabetes. You learn to live with it. Felicitations on your fine footle, Sara.

Thanks, Sara, for your kind comment re my poem. I am about to publish my third book entitled, Easter Poems. I will publish 12 photobooks of my Christian poetry [2 have already been completed] and can be purchased in PDF very cheaply from my website. I really relate to your clever poem above. I love chocolate but can't eat is or fudge for that matter. I have to sit and watch everyone else eat their sweets! Love, Maureen

Mrs. Sara, never seen this form. Succinct and well said, I know so many who covet the above without a doubt, some even eat dove ;). Good luck in the contest! P.S. I believe you meant 'begrudge'
